What I eat to maintain weight loss | snake diet | dry fasting.

As many of you guys know I recently tried to snake diet and I am so happy with it.
I have lost more weight than I had imagined
I could have lost. Just a small recap for those of you that are new to my channel.
I have been on a weight loss journey now for the past two years.
Some of my subscribers were recommending a diet to me called the snake diet.
And at first when I saw the name, I didn’t really take it seriously
but I
tried the diet and I lost weight quite rapidly.
I will a link of those videos down below. I don’t want to bore you with all of that or ramble about that.
I will also provide a link to the snake diet channel down below. I am fluctuating now between
123 and 125 but keep in mind that when I started my weight loss journey. My goal weight was
135
and
by the way, I am 5/5. You guys are always asking me. What is your height? Well, make no confusion.
I’ve been doing this thing done it but I’ve been doing this thing diet without this snake juice.
I personally prefer dry fasting.
There’s just something about that snake juice that I just I just do not like the taste of it.
It’s salt water.
And when I look back at my previous videos and when I look at my dry fasting video with the snake diet
I am actually still really shocked at the rapid weight loss.
I’m just still just shocked about it. This is what I’ve been eating
to maintain my weight loss. I eat one meal a day. I eat mostly meat.
However, I do allow carbs. So if you’re triggered by carbs, stop watching this video.
Just kidding [laughing].
So as you can see here, this is our meat and
vegetables and fruits for the week.
No, I will not be eating all of this myself.
This is the meat for her my family.
So as you can see. We have chicken here steak, cucumbers and
some strawberries.
My husband is also doing the one meal a day with me.
So no, I will not be eating all of this meat by myself and my daughter
she likes to have her meat and vegetables rice. Whatever she likes.
So I’m going to show you guys throughout the week. What it is
that I eat on a day-to-day basis to maintain my weight.
Posted my dry thoughts in video and notice there was a lot of interest and there was a lot of people out there that were
basically going through what I was going through.
