WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO LOSE WEIGHT | Healthy + Easy Recipes

hello guys welcome back to my channel
it’s Iva Scelfo here. today I will show
you what I eat in a day on my weight loss
/health journey
I’ll show you breakfast lunch and dinner
so if you’re ready to make some magic
with me you can grab yourself a cup of
coffee sit back and simply enjoy the
video. for breakfast today I’m making
pumpernickel bread with the black beans
spread this pumpernickel bread is one of
my favorites I got it from aldis and as
a European I really appreciate we have
some good German chains in the US I’m
taking one slice and adding my black
bean spread I made ahead it’s simply
drained and rinsed black beans with some
salt and pepper
and I spread it all over the toast I’m
gonna top it with some tomato slices
then I sliced about quarter of a
beautifully ripe avocado and adding it on
top of it I’ve decided to use sprout
lentils to top it it with I sprout
lentils at home it’s an easy way to add
some more nutrition on to your sandwich
plus it’s really delicious I seasoned it
with a little pink salt and ground black
pepper and I am finishing it off by
topping it with some fresh spring mix
lettuce
you can eat it like that make two slices
or if you need your sandwich on go then
just take another slice and cut it in
half and it will be ready to take to
work or school you can put it in any
container you have I am eating home so I
just placed it on the plate and I
literally can’t wait to take a bite yo
guys trust me it’s super yummy. I’ve
decided to make my rainbow salad for
lunch so I mixed up romaine lettuce and
Kale together and taking two handfuls
and placing it onto my plate I’m adding
one medium shredded carrot i shredded it
with my potato peeler but you can buy it
fresh shredded at store and then adding
quarter of an avocado
I just loved good ripe avocados you guys
edit some roasted chickpea i season the
chickpea with salt pepper and smoked
paprika and baked it in the oven for
about 35 minutes until it turned golden
and crispy then I edit some sliced red
onion and now you guys can see why I
call this meal a rainbow salad so many
colors so many flavors then I sliced one
boiled egg for some more healthy fats and
protein which will keep me going all
afternoon and now it’s time to make the
dressing I’m taking a bowl and adding
about 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive
oil adding some pink Himalayan salt
black pepper
and squeezing some fresh lemon juice
then just gave it a good mix and pour it
over my rainbow salad and here it is
guys super colorful salad packed with
healthy fats and lots of vitamins I’m
planning on having late dinner so I’ve
decided to have some afternoon snack I’m
having half of an apple and half of an
banana topped with natural no sugar
added peanut butter this has been my
favorite snack lately especially when I
had a sweet tooth for dinner I’m making
vegan spring rolls using this brown rice
wraps I’m starting with mashing half of
an avocado and adding it into about half
a cup of chickpea I’ve seasoned it with
a little bit of pink Himalayan salt
ground black pepper and of course a
squeeze of lemon juice
then I edit quarter cup of chopped red
onion and I prepared some chopped
pickles and shredded carrots as well
then I took one rice wrap and placed it
into lukewarm water for about five
seconds and then I starting adding all
the fillings this is one of my favourite
fillings but you can use any type of
your favourite fillings like vegetables
fruit rice potatoes or even meat or fish

you an idea on different types of
fillings just leave me a comment down
below and I’ll be happy to film that for
you guys
after you have all your fillings in it’s
time to wrap it up I’m starting at the
bottom and folding it in over and then
folding one side gently tacking all the
fillings in and rolling it over and then
just closing it up and there it is it’s
really not that hard to wrap it up now I
will repeat the process until I use all
the prepared fillings today it made
total of three rolls which is absolutely
enough for me with a little bit of
practice you gotta be a master of
rolling spring rolls you’ll see I’ve
served it on a bed of Kale today squeeze
some fresh lemon on top and dipped it in
the soy sauce you can also use coconut
aminos if you are trying to avoid soy
products but it’s up to you thank you
