good morning guys it’s Keila I’m back
with another video can you guess what it
is 4 to 8 midday but before I get into
this what I in a day I just want to
thank cup she this video is not

bathing suits so I wanted to show you
how it looks because they have a ton of
options that they have bikinis one-piece
and they go up to I think a 2x which is
perfect for my plus size girls out here
it’s really hard to shop for a bathing
suit and I was just telling my sister
that I need to get new ones because the
ones that I have now are a little too
big for me so I picked out a couple that
are actually a wee bit too small just
that way when it is time for summer and
going to the beach these babies it’s
honestly are probably going to be a
motivating factor for me to keep going
to the gym I’m gonna show you the three
that I have and also show you a couple
of other ones that they have and you can
check them out down below I’ll leave a
link down there let’s go ahead I’m a
little nervous this is the first time
you made a bikini so please be kind to
me and if not that’s okay whatever so
this is the first one I got mine and a
size large I use I’ve when I first
started my weight loss journey I was a
2x so I think they got to 2 or 3 X which
is great but this is a size large which
I can’t even believe I can actually fit
in it it is a little bit tight for me
because I do want it to fit whenever it
is beach time it’s a little too cold now
but the one thing that I wanted was I
wanted a bikini but I still wanted to
cover up most of my stomach so I found
something that was a high-rise kind of
covers my little flab that I have and
this goes low you can have it you can
bring it up higher and lower so it’s
kind of adjustable which is great all of
my bikinis are this style that I got but
this is the first one here’s the details
if I were to wear this like today
I’d probably get a size bigger just
because the cups to this are a little
bit small for me but like I said I did
get a size smaller – you know this is
like my goal bathing suits pretty much
you know got to work towards something
all right I’m done with this one let’s
try on the second one okay this next one
I’m a little bit more self-conscious
about just because the top is not as low
as I would like but it’s still very cute
I got this because of the polka dots but
yeah I’m very self-conscious about like
these little love him but I don’t know
what they’re called they’re not love
handles little rolls so I probably
wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing this
out right now it’s still really cute and
I got it a size smaller this is a size
large I’m usually like an extra-large
but I got it kind of like a motivation
for me to you know work towards and fit
into but I love the polka dots of this
and I love that it’s high-waisted I
think if I wasn’t so self-conscious
about this I would rock this like today
actually I kind of am rocking it today
so let’s go to the third one I think I
found my favorite one I love the style
of the top oh it’s so cute I’m okay I’m
gonna show you tell me this is not cute
I love this I think I love it because it
kind of covers more it makes you know me
look skinny because of the ruffles the
bottom is striped I don’t know if you
can tell but I feel like that just it I
like that it’s different colors I love
this why like no I’m hold and I could
see myself rocking this one now even
though it is a large yeah you can see
that a little bit but hey we’re all we
all have our imperfections mine you just
can see a little bit more than others
I’m trying to be okay with like I’m in
California like I should be at the beach
more often so yes I definitely can see
myself rocking this
the beach I want to know which one he
thought was your favorite I personally
like this one this is the third one but

in the sizing they go up to a 2x which
is crazy not a lot of online stores
cater to plus-size so I feel like this

gonna do a little bit more shopping they
look like they have some cute things
that I can kind of make into the top for
Coach hello because I still need to go
shopping for Coachella and I’m low-key
stressing about that but okay we’re not
gonna talk about so I just finished
filming the talking part of my milk prep
video and I’m not really that hungry it
is what time is it it’s 11:20 so I
should be heading to the gym soon so I
practice in a minute fasting for our
most the days but when I do work out
technically I guess this still would be
considered anime fasting because I’m not
eating until noon but I’m not hungry so
usually I just on the weekends would
fast until I get hungry or just specify
one specific meal but since I’m gonna be
working out I’m gonna be trying the
premier protein shake I’ve tried this
before and it’s very very sweet the carb
count is pretty good it’s 5 carbs
two of them are dietary fiber so three
net carbs and 30 grams of protein which
is kinda high I know but I’m thinking of
only using half of this and mixing it
with a little bit of heavy whipping
cream I haven’t been really into coffee
lately so I’ve been trying to figure out
what the heck to do with this heavy
whipping cream
I think the added fat and my protein
shake will cut the sweetness and it will
give me a little bit of energy
shoutout to university a tampa that was
my old school
I used a little bit more than 1/2 but
whatever and then I think I’m all I’m
gonna use like two tablespoons of heavy
whipping cream because I want I want to
save my calories and fat I’m just gonna
mix this add a little bit of ice and
bring it up so this is my first time
trying it with heavy cream and it’s it
was already thick before but it’s super
thick I think I’m gonna add a little bit
of water to this just so it’s easier to
drink drink some of this get changed to
go work out and get a good workout in I
hope you guys have been on your journey
I have it’s been so hard for me lately
to be motivated to go to the gym I
actually having gone to the German OH
this week so yeah my weight loss update
probably is not gonna be the best I
wouldn’t be surprised if I gained but
hey it’s okay
this is a week in a week of my life that
was needed for that lesson you know it’s
this is really good though like
flavor-wise hmm I can see myself
blending this up with like some
strawberries hmm maybe a smoothie idea
all right I’m gonna get changed and then
head to the gym I’m heading to the gym
I’m not sure how much footage I’ll get
I’ll try to film some stuff with my
phone but yeah I haven’t been to the gym
and like a week which I know I know
everyone has bad weeks but honestly I
wish I would have at least tried to go
this week I don’t know I just wasn’t
feeling it you know how you just have
some of those days there those weeks
where you’re just like I gotta get my
mind right yeah that was that was this
whole week this whole week I was just
like I just can’t be bothered I can’t be
bothered to go to the gym I can’t be
bothered wake up early in the morning so
I’m gonna try to have a new frame of
mind in the coming week because yeah I
definitely could have accomplished a lot
this week if I got my got my stuff to go
but hey we’re not gonna dwell on the
past I’m actually driving to the gym now
so go Kayla unless anyone has been
having issues with getting to the gym
mmm this is actually it’s really sweet
but it’s actually pretty good so I just
got to the gym I drank some c4 on the
way here this is basically like
pre-workout I’m trying I’m gonna attempt
to run two miles today I haven’t I
usually just do a mile and then do
stairs so I’m gonna try to do two miles
new cold guys new goals two miles I only
drink maybe a third of us it’s good it’s
like it’s really good it’s just super
super sweet and I think it’s just
because of the sweetener that they use
in it honestly it’s really good though
but
I just don’t have a craving for this I
just want to eat some come honestly I’m
gonna try to get at least half of this
end so I can have at least one serving
of cream some good fat a little bit
protein my hands are already tingling
from the pre-workout so I need to get in
there really fast
I completely forgot to show my workout
but I did pretty good
oh my gosh you guys I’m so awkward I
don’t know if you guys remember a couple
videos back I think it was like a
mukbang video where I’m like talking
about how like there’s this really cute
guy at the gym and that I’m too shy oh I
finally talked to him and I was the most
Awkward person of my life like when I
say awkward I mean awkward like uh it’s
probably more awkward for me because I
just felt like I was awkward but yeah
and now that’s over time to go home I’m
like not even hungry guys like I don’t
even know how I’m going to eat I’m just
very awkward just know your girl Kayla
is an awkward girl she’s so awkward
especially around guys that are cute you
guys I am such a perfectionist and yeah
I know I’m just I’m so awkward I’m so
awkward
you guys I don’t know I don’t even know
who put this in the video so if I do
just know I’ve wrestled petting this out
probably but she girl was awkward
introducing herself to a cute guy
because clearly I don’t know how to
introduce myself but hey I did it so
that’s a win I got a really good workout
in and I faced my fear and introduced
myself to a hotty patottie
at the gym myself so I’m gonna have a
whole story time about my awkward
experience at the gym but I wanted to
just like let you guys know while it’s
still fresh in my head I don’t think I
was awkward I think I just wasn’t myself
so what happened was I approached a guy
that’s really cute you guys if you watch
my mouth I think it was Wingstop month
um I’ll link it up here watch that
you’ll know what I’m talking about yeah
I finally did it because I was like you
know what I’m never gonna do it just go
ahead and say hey I know you
cuz I know him because I listened to his
podcast both like you didn’t know all
the details but just know I broke out of
my shell super I was super awkward like
god bless him he was not awkward he was
very nice but I was very awkward guys
but ya know I’m gonna have a full story
time so I don’t know which one’s gonna
go out first but yeah I’ll link that
video literally I’ve been replaying it
in my head since I got home and yeah I
can’t change can’t change it so so
technically it’s the next day what a day
total fail but today we are up and at it
early I am planning to film a couple of
videos today gym life and I’m gonna film
a what I in a day I’m actually stepping
on my teenie this is not a sponsored
video but you know I have been doing the
30 day challenge so I want y’all to know
I I’m trying
it out for y’all so I’m just finishing
that put my contacts on I think it’s
gonna be a no makeup day because usually
I film before I work out but I really
just want a fresh face for the gym okay
I’m about to eat and I actually don’t
feel like cooking a traditional
breakfast and I have a meal prep like
just sitting in my fridge so I think I’m
just gonna eat a meal prepped meal
because it has a good amount of protein
how’s it good about that which one it
gonna give I think we’re going to do the
asparagus cauliflower rice chicken
actually filmed a meal prep video so I’m
editing that now oh they’ll be out soon
but I’ll give you a little glimpse of
what one of the wheels look like
I’m just gonna warm this up in the
microwave probably add some hot sauce on
top of that chicken and eat it all up
I just finished filming my weight loss
weigh-in video and it is 11 and 12 right
now so I’m actually gonna go to the gym
a little bit earlier than normal because
I think I want to go to the grocery
store after the gym so I just got back
from Target and the grocery store so I
went to a new store and they had
discount stuff and they even had some
organic things so I’m gonna show you
what I got
at this maja I just picked up some
mushrooms I’m probably gonna use this
for breakfast
one onion some organic spinach I’m gonna
have to cook this fast but I didn’t even
look there’s some organic cacao powder
I’m gonna be trying to make some
smoothies I’ve been wanting to try
smoothies after I work out in the
morning so I want to see how they would
taste with some cacao powder baby
spinach I also got these Brazilian
cheese breads now I usually make almond
flour biscuits but this is like my I
haven’t tried it before so I don’t know
if it’s good but the car mountain is
actually pretty good the serving size is
3 but I would only probably eat one and
the carb count is 16 for the 3 so if you
divide that by 3 I think it comes to
about 5 grams carbs per bread this is
like for emergency if I feel like bread
but don’t want to completely cheat I
feel like I need something like this in
my pantry so I don’t you know go for any
of my sister’s food I also got some
Parmesan peppercorn pork rinds I don’t
really get pork rinds often but every
now and then I do want some crunch so I
wanted to see how these would taste and
then if I don’t like it I can probably
just crush it up and use it for breading
I also got some strawberry blueberry
back berry mix the carb count on this
for 1/2 a cup that’s probably how much I
would use in my smoothie
it comes to six carbs so yeah I’m just
going to be testing out some recipes
using this I also god I’ve never seen
these before they’re chicken burgers
this is the spinach feta one I was
thinking of eating this with the spinach
cooking up the spinach and then cooking
up the mushrooms and some caramelized
onions I don’t know we’ll see and then I
also got some wild caught lime Chipotle
salmon this was actually a crazy good
sale I think it was originally like nine
bucks I got it for 399 and I think it’s
two servings but there’s six ounces so
if you eat less ounces for salmon you
kind of probably could break this into
like three servings if you need to but
I’m just gonna use it for two and so
that’s what I got not that much but I
have some stuff still in my fridge I
have half a bag of broccoli that I think
I’m gonna make like a broccoli soup
probably to go with the salmon so yeah
very short quick this is under 30 bucks
I’m not a shopping experience that’s
under 30 bucks in a minute so this was
nice you know it’s not everything that I
normally get it was still good amount of
things and I’m gonna put this up and
probably get a snack yeah I’m not that
hungry but I want to get a little mini
snack because I’m gonna put some make up
bun and then fill my hot button remember
that snack I was gonna have what I
thought it was gonna be something
healthy but I can’t be bothered I’m
actually I’m going to eat two of these
miniature Reese’s sugar-free cups
I wouldn’t repurchase these again just
because the ingredients aren’t good but
I really did want a sugar craving
Russell Stover
does have a similar one and they use
stevia as the sweetener so I think I’m
gonna go back to them but I bought like
two bags so I’m just slowly going
through these I usually treat myself to
like one or two a day at the serving
size is three and it would
hundreds in calories so I don’t
recommend this though yeah I’m just
gonna finish it off and then back to a
different sugar-free candy I really need
to start making my own candies more but
I just don’t have time sometimes
sometimes I just I need some help but
yeah I’m just gonna eat two of these and
then do some editing and film so I’m
talking to my mom on FaceTime right now
she’s in Japan right now and she let me
know something I’ll have her talk to you

she’s my goal weight guys she’s my goal
weight she doesn’t need to lose any
weight but I’m happy that she she wants
to try it cuz she sees some success in
her and her baby

with doing my muffins today only because
I really want this meal prep video out I
have just been locked away editing this
video so I am gonna be super lazy and
for my dinner I’m just making a simple
bacon and eggs I I usually eat negative
eggs at night because it’s so easy to
make and I enter in a fast so I never
really have breakfast meals so I’m gonna
have some bacon and eggs yeah
