What I eat in a Day | Intermittent Fasting Vlog | Day 2!

Hi everybody! It’s Lola from Lola’s Life Lessons and if you’re new to my channel welcome!
So for everybody that’s new that hasn’t watched any of my videos before
I just wanted to let you know that basically what I’ve been doing has been
I’ve been doing a weight loss journey for the last year.
I started at 167 and I lost 40 pounds. I went down to
127 but I do fluctuate from
127 to 135. My current weight right now is
132 and I do my weigh-ins on Saturdays because I hate hate weighting every day
because it goes up and it sort of plays with my mind and I don’t like that so much . So I just weigh myself
once a week and that’s good enough for me.

But you can always go in on my channel and see what video I did before this one.
So I wanted to do a video for you guys about what I eat in a day. You’ve been asking me
what do I eat in a day and I didn’t want to do just a typical day because I work from home and
my day is pretty boring pretty routine.
So I wanted to do a video where I was on the road to be something different.
We had decided that we were going to go for go to Montreal for a couple days.
And I thought you know, what will be interesting to show you know, what I eat in a day on a travel
travel vacation.
So yesterday was quite the day it was a disaster anything could go wrong yesterday went wrong.
I don’t want to say too much about it. I want you guys to go and check that video out.
I’ll put a link down below so you guys can see it.
But today I’m going I’d promised that I would do another video and show you guys what I eat in a day.
So this is day two of my vacation in Montreal and
we’re going to be going to
a Montreal deli. I’m gonna have some smoked meat today…some poutine. My daughter has the day planned but
she doesn’t want to be on camera. So if you don’t see her she does exist, but she just doesn’t want to be on camera
and
she also has a plan for us to go to some vintage shops. I believe on St. Lauren.
So I’m not sure I might be saying the wrong Street, but I’ll take you guys along
on my journey with me. So you can see and then I’m going to also show you guys body shots.
So you guys can see what I look like now and
that’s but it. So come along on my journey and what I eat in a day. We are in Montreal and we are staying at the hotel
Universal
in Montreal. So I just want to give you guys.. show you guys a little bit my body shot. You guys can see what I look like.
So here I am. I’m wearing a pair of shorts
that I could not fit into a year ago. I was literally
busting out of. I might do a side-by-side shot if I could find a picture.
So I can show you guys.
This is a budget vacation. We are going to be pretty much taking the metro everywhere. We did that the last time we came here and we had a good time.
What was it? 19 dollars for a family bus pass? Yeah 19 dollars per person for 3 days.
It’s a lot safer than driving in Montreal. It’s crazy to drive here. You come here. Take the Metro.

And the way that the train works is that you just take.
You the train you go on is the one that is the last stop.
Yeah..
So we are taking. Where are we getting off? We are going to St Lauren.
Hey guys, so we made a pit stop at Tim Hortons. My daughter is having a cookie.
I’m having my water.
I forgot to mention earlier that I drink 3 of these a day! So that’s 1.5 liters a day of water that I drink.
I’m saving all my calories for lunch today which is going to be at 12. So that would bring my fasting to 20 hours. Because my last meal was at 4pm yesterday. I am really not that hungry but I am looking forward to that Montreal smoked meat.
So we were supposed to go to Schwartz
and the last time we were here there was a line
around the block. There were so many people but we read some reviews online that says that it’s not the best place to
eat smoked meat. I
don’t want any bugs in my
food. Thank you very much. So the last time we were here the lineup was so long that we ended up going to
another restaurant.
I think it was called Main and we’re gonna see if we can find that one and we’re gonna go and we’re gonna have our
lunch there.
So, yeah, so this is the one main. We’re gonna try this one.

So this was the lineup that I was talking about for Schwartz.
There it is… we could have went there but decided not to. So
I have opened up my window and as you saw I just had my lunch.
And I have about another three hours of eating.
So I may just have a coffee or something sweet and I’ll show that to you guys.
So this honestly is not a joke. So we come down to…. what is this?
One of the underground malls in Montreal.
One of the downtown malls and of course no joke we go to get a coffee.
That was when I lost part of my omad. I was going to get a coffee and something sweet.
And then we go to order our thing at the kisok and then the power goes out. So now there’s power outrage or whatever. at the mall.
So I can’t have my coffee!
I can’t have my last little snack for my omad! This is day two of craziness.
So here’s all the people around us.
I guess from the different office buildings or whatever.
When we came into the mall they were checking people’s bags or whatever. So I wonder if there’s something happening
maybe I wonder if there was some sort of threat or something
towards the mall because it’s the first time we’ve ever come here where we’ve had our bags checked to enter a mall.
And they were doing it to everyone.
Yeah, this is a crazy crazy day. So this is Plan B…
We headed over to Tim Hortons and this is gonna be my last
bit of food for the day.
So here’s my coffee
and I have a chocolate dip doughnut here and I have my fish oil and I have my magnesium.
I’m gonna add my
molasses to that.
So I added my molasses to this container just for travel. So
I’d say that’s about a
tablespoon of molasses.
So as I said, that’s it for me for eating today.
I’m gonna just have this and then close up I window.
So that’s four hours eating and 20 hours fasted.
Hey every one. I think I must have walked about 15,000 steps today. So my family have decided they want to go eat pizza.
I’m not going to have pizza…I’m done eating… my windows closed. So I’m just going to sip water and maybe have a coffee.
