course; bone broth (meat or vegetable); coconut
milk, unsweetened preferably; soda water or
mineral water; unsweetened soy milk;
tea and herbal infusions. Just check out the
carb content and make note of the calories
and macros that they have in them. Liquids
count as much as solid food. Guys remember that!
