Vlogmas Day 5 2018- Keto Weekly Meal Prep

Hey guys it’s Michelle from Puregoddess
University and welcome to Vlogmas day 5!
five so today we are doing a quick keto
style milk prep for the week I have some
nice little pork chops here and I did
some marinade in olive oil pepper garlic
powder onion powder and paprika and it
just basically you know did both sides
of it really quickly on a pan with some
tinfoil I’m gonna bake it in the oven at
400 degrees for about 20 minutes
depending on your oven you might want to
check it mine doesn’t cook very well
some might even be like 25 minutes and
then I’m gonna go make some cauliflower
rice and a vegetable so I will be back
and we put these in the oven
okay guys I’m now going to be making
some dressed up a cauliflower rice I’m
going to mix it with a little bit of
bacon bits cheese and some sour cream
oh and butter when you mix it up in here
and show you what I’m done and the pork
chops will be done in about five minutes
or so they’re cooking up pretty good
they’ve been here for about 20 plus
minutes my oven doesn’t cook well so I
have to do like an extra five minutes
oh that’s the steam alright guys I’ll be
back okay the pork chops came out really
nicely 25 degrees at 404 hundred degrees
for about 25 minutes I now have the
loaded cauliflower rice I basically just
used the frozen cauliflower rice in the
microwave for about five minutes and
then I added in the bacon bits the
cheese the sour cream and the butter and
then nuked it for another four or five
minutes and stared it up now I’m going
to microwave some Brussels sprouts and
then I’m going to saute it with a little
bit of pepper and butter and we’re did
what we’re done we’re done and we’re
gonna basically take these Brussels
sprouts come in the microwave with some
butter and some pepper and then we’re
done
for four days guys dinner will be served
so I will be back in just a minute okay
guys I got the Brussels sprouts out of
the microwave and now I peppered them
garlic powdered and add some butter and
I’m going to nuke it in the microwave
for about another minute
you know the keto diet is all about
making sure you’re getting your fat and
lots of flavor you need your spices guys
don’t be afraid to use your spices and
your fat because that’s what’s going to
save you so I’m gonna nuke this for
about a minute and I will be back
hey guys so I’m all done I have my meal
prepped for the next three days so I
have dinner for the next three days that
my Brussels sprouts my loaded
cauliflower rice and pork chops the next
three days dinner and now I’m gonna go
and eat my dinner for tonight and I will
be back later to film my breakfast meal
prep for the week so stay tuned guys
okay guys I am back we’re gonna make my
breakfast so I’m going to make some egg
and bacon muffins so it’s going to be
six eggs some cup of cheese some bacon
bits because yes I’m not lazy some heavy
cream and we’re gonna put it into this
little baking tin at 350 for 20 minutes
so when I get it ready I will be back
okay guys so I got the muffins all
filled I did 6 1/2 a cup of heavy cream
1/2 a cup of cheddar cheese 1/2 a cup of
bacon bits I didn’t cook the bacon
adjusted bacon bits steered it up and
then I topped it with a little bit more
cheese I’m gonna cook it at 350 for
about 20 minutes so wish me luck
hope this turned out good 54 first I
head in for 20 minutes that I put in for
another like 8 minutes so I think
they’re done
I don’t know but of course when you you
know warm them in the microwave for like
a minute or two
it’ll cook in I think it’s gonna be good
and just let it cool and then I’ll let
y’all know you know how they taste later
but that’s my breakfast milk prep so two
per day so for the next three days I get
to have two egg muffins and then my
dinner so hope y’all enjoyed this food
