Vegetarian Healthy Mexican Tacos | Burrito Bowl | Less Carbs | More Protein | No Rice | Keto Recipe

Lettuce
Grated Cauliflower
Copped Onions
Cottage Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Chopped Cucumber
Black pepper
Chilli Flakes
Table Salt
Large Avocado
Lemon
Green Chilli and Garlic
Overnight Soaked Kidney Beans
Boil the kidney beans with salt and pepper
Dry roast onion, tomato, green chilli and garlic

Dry roast till the covering blackens, apply some oil and roast again
Grind all the roasted ingredients

Add some tomatoes and parsley and mix

Cut the avocado in a bowl

Add salt, black pepper and tomato and stir

Add some garlic

Add some lime juice and stir

Add 1 tsp oil to a skillet

add the garlic cloves

Some chilli flakes (Optional)

Stir in the grated cauliflower
Stir fry without the lid

Add salt, pepper and lemon juice when the cauliflower is roasted and cooked

IN hot water add little salt and soak the cottage cheese for 5-10 minutes
And drain the water

Roast the papad dry on a skillet

Roast it till its nicely brown and cooked

Spray very little oil to make it golden brown

Make taco shapes out of the pappad

Use cooking gloves while doing this to prevent getting burnt

Start filling the Tacos

First layer of Lettuce
Then add the beans
add the cauliflower rice
Add the guacomole and cottage cheese
add tomato salsa, cheese and garnish with parsley

Lets make the burrito bowl
Add a bed of lettuce
Add the kidney beans
add the cauliflower rice
Add the Paneer (Cottage Cheese)

Add the cucumber pieces
Add guacomole

Lets add the tomato salsa

LIttle cheese and parsley
Squeeze in some lemon juice

Your healthy burrito bowl meal is ready
