Simply add your cashew or other nut milk of
choice, coconut milk or yogurt, frozen bananas,
peppermint extract, crushed peppermint, cinnamon
and sweetener of choice to a blender and process
until smooth and creamy.
Top with whipped or coconut whipped cream,
a sprinkle of crushed peppermint, and devour!
