for the first time on YouTube and it is not only tasty but also loaded with
health benefits this turmeric tea is the best way to start your day especially if
you don’t want to start your day with a cup of coffee or tea you can enjoy this
turmeric tea if you’re on a keto diet, intermittent fasting, or if you simply
want to start your day with a good healthy fat. starting your day with a
healthy fat that is fat first thing in the morning helps in fat burning, belly
fat loss, helps to balance your hormones, helps to absorb fat soluble vitamins like
vitamin A K E and D which means no more vitamin D deficiency and stronger bones,

water and bring the water to a boil while the water boils let’s get the
other ingredients ready into a mug add in 1/2 TSP organic turmeric powder and
1/4 TSP freshly ground black pepper powder I’m just grinding about three to
four black peppercorns in my stone grinder now the reason why you need
black pepper is that black pepper helps the active ingredient in turmeric known
as curcumin to be absorbed faster into your body next add in organic A2 Desi ghee, preferably try to use grass-fed Gir Cow’s ghee, now pour the hot boiling water
and then with a stick blender blend it for about 20 to 30 seconds and you can
see that it turns into a nice golden turmeric latte pour it into a cup and enjoy this as a
fat first, first thing in the morning since it is blended well it is more
creamy and frothy so much better than store-bought turmeric latte or golden
latte now the healthy fat and black pepper
helps in the absorption of the active ingredient known as curcumin, fat is
your body’s preferred fuel it keeps you satiated prevents or rather protects you
from craving unhealthy food, fat makes hormones good fats take care of your gut
health it helps your body utilize vitamins and minerals especially fat
soluble vitamins, optimize energy levels maintain healthy blood sugar levels,
prevents energy crashes brain fogs, inflammation, bloating, and unhealthy food

in turmeric is used to directly target cancer affected areas
while turmeric has proven anti-cancer effects, curcumin is easily absorbed by
the body with the help of black pepper and a healthy fat so it’s very important
that you use a source of healthy fat and a pinch of black pepper for better

this channel I am always creating turmeric based recipes to help you to
include turmeric in your diet I have always stressed on the importance
of using organic turmeric and have shared many turmeric based recipes and

a healthier state. In this recipe I am using 10 grams of A2 Desi Ghee, so 10
grams of A2 Desi Ghee is ideal for weight loss so I’m just going to show
you how I measure 10 grams of A2 Desi Ghee so on a daily basis I use this
steel mug and I’m keeping the mug on a weighing scale and this is the spoon
with which I measure the A2 desi ghee. so I’m keeping this spoon also inside
the steel mug and then I am turning on the weighing scale and now I’m taking the
spoon and I’m going to measure thee A2 desi ghee. so I have just scooped out one
tablespoon of a2 Desi Ghee and I want to make sure that it weighs 10 gram of
ghee. so I’m just going to keep this in the mug. so it has come to 12 grams so
I will be removing a little bit of Desi Ghee and now it shows 10 gram. so this
is how I measure Desi Ghee. now if you have hormonal
issues like PCOS or are struggling with endometriosis and along with that you’re
looking for weight loss also then you can increase to 15 grams. now if you don’t
have extra weight to lose or don’t have any hormonal imbalances you can reduce
to 5 grams that is it will be roughly about a teaspoon of Desi Ghee so choose
the quantity of A2 they see ghee according to your need. now if you have
the turmeric mix which I had already shared you can use the turmeric mix in
this recipe about half a teaspoon of the turmeric mix would be ideal in this
recipe now the best thing about the turmeric mix is that you can make the
mix store it in an airtight glass container and you can carry this if you
are traveling or if you are living away from home in a PG hostel. so guys do try
