Too much CARBS: How to get right back into KETOSIS (LINKS DURING VIDEO)

hi there I’m dr. Andrea Rebizzo, I’m an Italian medical doctor and I’m back
with you in English as always just two to share with as much people
as possible my my thoughts my
knowledge about the ketogenic diet and
so today I will talk about the best way
to get right back into ketosis if for
example you have measured your blood
levels or ketone bodies and they were
definitely too low or simply if you
should know / should realize that you
have eaten too much carbs
maybe the meal before something like that… so
simple as then you got to fast: stop
eating and go into a fasting state
and simply doing that
the best technique I think that should
be OMAD: one meal a day it’s this type
of intermittent fasting where you stop eating
for about 24 hours and boom you get back
right into ketosis above all if you are
ready in a fat adaptation mode
you should be right back into
ketosis in a matter of hours; in a
fasting state insulin drops really
really nicely and so ketone bodies on the
other side end spiking up simple as
that
I’m telling you know
there’s no real other secret and so if
your abs are just not shining as you
would like and you realize you
have eaten some carbs/sugars in excess you
do that try it out and I don’t think anyone
could be disappointed and so for today
it’s all I’m out
