TMAD Two Meals A Day Results – Fasting Weight Loss Journey 2019

hi it’s Mieka Fasting weight loss and I
am on a YouTube weight loss journey to
lose 90 pounds through fasting I do
different fasting methods OMAD one meal a day intermittent fasting
different eating windows and yesterday I
did TMADtwo meals two meals a day
for weight loss and it did not go well
um got along okay I’m gonna tell you
about that I’m gonna tell you what
exercise I did and I’m gonna give you my
weigh-in for day one of my new two week
challenge and I want to lose minimum
fourteen pounds and it’s not going good
they won they won okay um so this is my
choice during the two weeks I could do
OMAD plus one and a half hours
exercise TMAD two meals a day
plus two and a half hours of exercise
and I must do six thirty six hour fast
and I’m probably going to do three this
week and three next week God willing but
I’m going with how I feel each day so
yesterday I felt like I was gonna have
fast food because I didn’t have it for
two weeks and my mind is saying you want
it in like Friday and Saturday when I
was really wanting it I said no just get
past your two weeks then you could have
it so yesterday I had what I’ve been
craving which was two things from
chick-fil-a I’m not gonna mention
exactly what I ate because I just am NOT
going to it’s not the best no it was not
good I’m gonna say I had four chicken
strips I’m okay with chicken strips um
let’s see
but I’m not gonna say the other two
things I had I only had two more things
really so I had something else from
chick-fil-a then my intentions were to
have two meals period I’m one then and
then one within a six to eight hour
intermittent fasting window
it went so bad because I’ll give myself
one hour to eat okay
so even if I would have got something
else within the hour I still would have
counted it as that one meal but I was on
the go and I ate that food in the car
not good okay so then I had something
else at the water park I’ve been craving
oh I forgot about oh I forgot
about that okay so that was the first
meal from chick-fil-a the second meal
was at the water park and I was so mad
because I ate between 12:00 and 4:00 or
12 and 3:30 um that’s not that’s not
what I wanted to do but I think the food
in my mind was just making me just want
to eat that’s why this team and I have
to plan it out strategically like I do
my OMAD okay my OMAD I I really
think about what I’m gonna have because
it’s just that one meal I’m not ready
for team add and I’m not ready for a
fast food again so I’m gonna limit fast
food to no more than two times a week
trying for one or less and sugar one
time max a week of pure sugar swerve
Truvia I’m not counting those okay as
sugar okay so at the water park I had
two things I’ve been craving the entire
summer and I have not had so I had that
so yesterday was a cravings day and I
just had what I wanted I did in a minute
I did do the two meals I thought about
having a meal at night and going into
the 36 hour fast
but I decided I don’t want to point on
my challenge so I just stuck with those
two as my meal it was not new it did not
have good nutrients at all okay so then
I had to do the Toreros exercise oh my
gosh I did an hour and a half at the
wave pool and I timed it to make sure
that I’m actually physically swimming
during the entire hour and a half it was
not hour and a half straight it was
chunks so then in my mind I was gonna go
to the gym but I didn’t so I did working
out at home I can’t stand working out at
home
it’s just so hard to me like it’s just
boring as heck I don’t know I don’t like
it but I had no choice I was not trying
to go to the gym now on my challenge
when Nikki speaks part of it is 500 reps
of legs or butt but I could choose I’m
not gonna really go through everything I
could choose where with what I’m doing
with her but there’s four different
things I could choose for the day and
that’s one of them that I chose
yesterday so I was up so late to one
o’clock
doing these 500 reps I did calf raises
leg extension and it has to be with
weights
I used the Bowflex dumbbells I did calf
raises leg lifts seated leg lifts I did
squats I did a lot of bridges okay so I
did those four things for my 500 reps I
did it in chunks I did so not want to do
it but I didn’t want to point um also I
had to do something I had to do so much
last night it was horrible so today it
is 9:50 a.m. I am NOT gonna
procrastinate this two-week challenge is
very very challenging compared to the
last two weeks I put a lot of things
that I need to get done like an hour of
working on my other YouTube channel an
hour of working on my oil business
religious things that I need to do
cleaning that I need to do and leg focus
on lower body weights that’s a lot of in
my challenge this week so um I did stuff
eat in I’m gonna say four o’clock so I’m
about to eat a meal right now early and
then I’m gonna go into my 36 hour fast
yeah I’m going to my 36 hour fast it
might end up being 40-something hours
cuz I don’t know I thought eat no I
won’t eat at 10:00 tomorrow night so
it’s gonna be a 40-something our first I
will not eat at all tomorrow God willing
that’s the plan
so my wait day one so it my starting is
here 228 and today I’m going
opposite direction and really my
calories in calories out for the calorie
counters out there there’s no way I was
not in a at least equal or deficit
because I did my full two and a half
hours exercise I did not have I probably
had around 3,000 calories my maintenance
calories are somewhere around 2400 and
um that’s just without with my regular
level activity and I worked out to an F
hour so there’s no way this is like her
this is more like my food didn’t buy
just okay that’s the way I see it so it
is a big deal because the food choice
was bad but it’s not a big deal to me I
just know I have to get it together
today and do way better because this is
supposed to be a way better effort this
time um that’s it I will see you later
