The Truth About Our Keto Diet (The Vlog is Back)

this YouTube my right place it’s been a
while I forgot watch the World Cup it is
hot in Denver today I’m so excited to be
back and already having fun I just got
here but just finished the last episode
the Sri Lanka series which feels good to
wrap that up I know I kind of dragged it
along but turns out when you have a busy
job when you’re planning a wedding
there’s not a lot of extra time to film
yourself doing something let alone edit
I very much enjoyed planning the wedding
with Blair but now it’s kind of like
coming down and we just get to enjoy
looking forward to all the amazing plans
and people that we get to see in the
next week so with that I feel some space
in my feel some space in my heart and in
my day to start to long again especially
because the weddings coming up and we
want to capture that and have that
documented to watch for the rest of our
lives so that doesn’t hurt either we did
not hire an official videographer for
the wedding just because I’m out of evil
I could do it myself
um I think most of its gonna be like the
days leading up to the wedding enjoying
all our friends and family that will be
coming in throughout the week I have a
friend who volunteered to kind of hold
this camera during the ceremony just to
casually the moment capture the kiss
capture everything captured those
moments that we’re gonna want to
member frogger that’s not a ceremony and
then I’ve seen her run every day and I
was seeing how much she enjoyed she
pushed herself and no matter what I just
been so revitalizing and I just feel
like that in combination with this new
keto diet that we’re doing it and I say
diet everyone thinks of diet is like
you’re trying to lose weight but really
diets just your esteem is what you
train yourself so everyone’s on and I
they just we’re trying a different diet
I think that healthy eating you know
the exercise is just like completely
changing my life with like you know the
risk of sounding overdramatic it really
is changed my life and I feel so good
and I think it just spills over into
every other part of my life into work
into my friendships into my into my
relationship with Blair everything I am
more energized I and more motivated I go
to work earlier I wake up earlier I
wanted to like speak to it because I was
posting a lot on my Instagram stories
about like you don’t meals that we’re
trying and basically like the one-line
summary of quito is little carbs high
fat and high protein and I used to think
like I tell you oh I’m gonna do like no
carbs but really what that meant and my
brain was no bread and that’s great
and yeah maybe you could like shed a few
pounds if that’s your goal or just feel
more energized because you’re not
weighing yourself down with carbs bread
but if you start to look at the foods
eating every day there are carbs theme
everything fruit granola like these are
things I used to eat like I used to have
every morning like when I was eating
healthy out have a read naked juice for
breakfast and a granola bar and like to
the naked eye like a quick like it is
this diet concern that is like that is
more carbs and in 20 minutes and I’ve
been having in three days cuz that’s
there was like 59 carbs in a naked and
26 carbs in my granola bar and so what
we did be just the goal of our keto
ketosis is a state where your body burns
fat instead of car
we did good
