Welcome all! Papa G here. Today i present
the very best low carbohydrate pizza crust
you’ll ever try. If you’re tired of the
mess of microwaving cheese or your house
smelling like cauliflower every time you
want to bake a low carbohydrate pizza, then this
delicious alternative recipe is just for
you. Let’s get started. Start by adding
some pork rinds into a food processor.
You’ll want enough to render at least a
half a cup. Process the pork rinds until
they’re finely ground. To the pork rinds
will add some grated Parmesan cheese. A little shredded mozzarella cheese; some
Italian seasoning; and a little garlic
powder. Finally, add two beaten eggs to
the mix. You may have noticed there isn’t
any added salt in this recipe as the
pork rinds add just the right amount. Mix
with a spatula until well blended. All
ingredient amounts as well as the macros
will be at the end of the video. Line a
baking pan with parchment paper
and pour the mix on to the center of the
pan.
Push and spread the pizza dough, forming
a circle making it as thin as possible
without creating any holes. If you do
happen to make a hole however, just push
it back together and reform. This dough
is very easy to work with. Place the
pizza dough into a preheated 350-degree
oven for about 20 minutes or until the
top begins to brown. After about 20
minutes in the oven, we’ll take our pizza
crust out and begin to assemble our
pizza. Here I added my own easy low carbohydrate
pizza sauce. For that, just for about
eight ounces of canned crushed tomatoes
into a small pot. Add half a teaspoon
each of salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried
oregano, Italian seasoning and about two
drops of EZ Sweetz. Simmer that for
about 20 to 30 minutes. You can do that
while your crust is cooking. You will only use
about a quarter of this sauce which will
add up to about two to three net carbohydrates;
this will leave you with plenty of extra
sauce for dipping or storing for your
next pizza. Feel free to add your own
sauce. Just be sure it’s low carbohydrate. Next,
we’ll add the toppings. I added some
mozzarella cheese. Some pepperoni; a
little more mozzarella; a little red
pepper flakes; Papa G likes it spicy! And
finish off with some dried parsley. Be as
creative as you like with your own
toppings. Put the pizza back into the
oven and bake until the cheese is
thoroughly melted; about 10 minutes. Let
cool just a bit, and slice.
The texture and the taste will rival any
standard pizza. There you have it folks!
the best low carbohydrate pizza crust you’ll
ever try. Thanks for watching! I hope you
enjoyed this video. If you did, please
