back again with an amazing recipe today
we are going to be doing a cauliflower
pasta if you haven’t subscribed the channel

quickly cauliflower florets, almond milk
unsweetened, 2 tbsp butter, black pepper, 1
tbsp melted butter, Himalayan pink salt,
fresh cream, 1 cup
cheddar cheese, a baking tray, so first we
take cauliflower florets in that florets
I’m going to add 1 tbsp of melted butter
add some black pepper to it and add
little pink salt
we’re gonna mix it well and ready to go
into the oven we’re gonna put it into
a microwave dish
first we take 1 cup
cheddar cheese
that’s the preparation for the pasta
sauce then I’m going to add 2 tbsp
butter all right so this plan fully
focus on a keto if you’re
following a ketogenic plan then this is ideal now if you’re not following a ketogenic plan
definitely wanna reduce the macro which
is fat right now in this plan and make
it based on your plan what plan that you
are following right now
1/2 cup of fresh cream and 1/2 cup of
unsweetened almond milk
yeah just reminding again one gram fat is
about nine calories so if you’re
on ketogenic plan also you want to control
the quantity of the food based on the
plan that exactly you’re on we’re going to warm
the same in a microwave now so the
mixture of the sauce we are going to put
it into a microwave and microwave it for
about three to four minutes
all right and our
cauliflower is well done so our
cauliflower is done and nicely baked now
I’m going to put the same into a bowl
and now I’m going to pour the sauce
which we have made and it’s well done
i’m gonna pour the sauce over the cauliflower
so you could pour the sauce according to
the desired quality you want I want it
slightly not too much so I’ve poured it
slightly not a lot and our cauliflower
pasta is done so our cauliflower pasta
is ready it’s an ideal meal for lunch
basically and specially for somebody is
following a ketogenic diet for them it
is highly appropriate somebody who’s not
following the ketogenic diet try and
stay away or probably reduce the amount
of quantity of the cheddar cheese or
fresh cream and you can opt or take a
substitute as an almond milk that could
be used it won’t be that cheesy but yes at
least it would reduce the calorie intake
