I’m Tara Wright, Certified International Health

The ketogenic diet is the “best kept secret”
on the planet.
We all know that losing weight is hard.
If you are sick and tired of dieting and having
your weight go up and down like a yo-yo—
you’ve found the right channel.
I have struggled with my weight since my teenage
Before keto, I had tried at least thirty other
diets and was just totally sick of dieting.
I mean seriously?
I would find something that worked… and
then it would stop working.
I’d regain the weight.
And most of these diet plans required restricting
calories, depriving myself of favorite foods
and exercising a lot.
Sometimes too much exercise led to injuries
and I’d end up “on the bench”.
I find myself re-gaining the weight even though
I was eating with a calorie deficit.
Does this sound familiar??
I dreamed of having enough energy to tackle
all the things I wanted to do with my life.
I was afraid of having to live with pain on
a daily basis.
Of continuing to miss important events because
I was in to much pain and experiencing terrible
I had heard of the Keto diet many times in
the past and remained incredibly skeptical
of eating low carb.
How could that even be healthy?
I grew up in the “fat free” era and it was
solidly programmed into my brain that “fat
makes you fat”.
In 2011, I went back to school with The Institute
For Integrative Nutrition where I learned
over 100 different dietary theories and how
to coach clients on a path towards health.
IIN doesn’t support one single diet for everyone
and I agree.
As a species, we are all different and there
is no one way of eating that is perfect for
every single human being.
Now…At that time I learned about low carb
high fat diets but I didn’t do anything with
it other than buy a few books on the subject
and put those on my bookshelf.
I supposed I followed a few experts on social
(During that time period I did try a lot of
other diets during that time period including
doing Vegan for 2 weeks!
Which didn’t turn out so great)
It took many more years and a lot of information
from top nutritional experts to get my brain
wrap around to fat not being evil, finally
I was able to see fat as good.
In early 2017, I noticed that a number of
nutritional doctors that I followed were now
touting the benefits of a low carb, high fat
Curious, I ordered more books and started
reading the research and science behind this
But to be completely frank what really put
me over the edge was yet another diagnosis
caused by my body’s inflammatory response.
This is when I made the decision to give this
“Keto Thing” an honest try for four solid
I Thought “Tara–you can do anything for four
I was hooked.
I felt amazing.
My cravings were gone.
My dependency on food to support my emotional
health, totally gone.
My sugar addiction was gone.
I was losing weight consistently and the best
part is that numerous other symptoms I had
learned just to live with had disappeared.
I was on my way to finding the long-term solution
I had been searching for.
The keto diet WILL work for weight loss, but
even better than that–it has numerous other
health benefits that you don’t even realize
But, getting started wasn’t easy and I made
mistakes that you don’t need to make.
My mission is to bring you accurate, proven
