WELCOME BACK. YOU’RE GETTING YOUR PROTEINS AND VEGGIES. YES. THE FATS AND PROTEINS HELPS TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE FEELING OF FULLNESS. THEY ARE A LOT MORE SATISFYING. WE START OFF WITH OUR DRY INGREDIENTS. WE HAVE TWO CUPS OF ALMOND FLOUR . THERE IS PROTEIN IN THERE FOR SURE. ABSOLUTELY. IF YOU DON’T HAVE ALMOND FLOUR, YOU COULD USE A CUP OF REGULAR FLOUR AND WHOLE-WHEAT PASTRY FLOUR. IF YOU DON’T HAVE THAT, YOU CAN JUST USE REGULAR FLOUR, TWO CUPS. I HAVE A CUP OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND A HALF A CUP OF WALNUTS. THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS IN THE WALNUTS ARE OPTIONAL. THEY DO ADD A LITTLE BIT OF SWEETNESS AND A LITTLE BIT OF TEXTURE AND SOME OF THOSE GOOD NUTRIENTS. WALNUTS ARE ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR YOUR BRAIN FUNCTION. YEAH, THOSE GOOD HEALTHY FATS. THE CHOCOLATE, WE USUALLY LOOK FOR 60% OR GREATER OF COCOA IN THERE. WE HAVE A COUPLE OF GOOD SPICES THAT ADD TO THE FLAVOR AND DIVERSIFY THAT LITTLE BIT AND TWO TEASPOONS OF CINNAMON. A LITTLE BIT OF SALT, A TEASPOON OF BACON. YOU GO AHEAD AND START MIXING THOSE. BOBBY, REMIND US ABOUT THE PROGRAM. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE PROGRAM. SURE. WE HAVE SOME NEW ONES COMING UP. ONE THAT WE HAVE BEEN DOING THAT WE REALLY LOVE IS ARE HELPING TEACHING KITCHEN WHERE WE DO REALLY GREAT RECIPES JUST LIKE THIS. WE ARE STARTING TO NEW PHYSICAL ACTIVITY CLASSES THIS SUMMER. ONE IS STARTING NEXT WEEK. ONE IS NEXT WEEK CALLED OUR BAM CLASS . IT IS BE ACTIVE AND MOVE. YES. IT HAS A LOT OF BUTTER IN THERE. THAT PROBABLY HELPS TO HOLD THINGS TOGETHER IN A TEASPOON OF VANILLA JUST TO KICK UP THE DIVERSITY OF THE FLAVOR THEY ARE. WE MIX ALL OF THOSE TOGETHER. ONCE ALL OF THAT IS THOROUGHLY MIXED, YOU WANT TO PUT THIS IN WITH YOUR DRY INGREDIENTS, AND YOU DON’T WANT TO OVERMIX THE BATTER. YOU JUST WANT TO KIND OF INCORPORATE IT. YES, THE BATTER WILL BE THICK , SO YOU CAN EXPECT IT TO BE A LITTLE BIT THICK. SO, I ACTUALLY FORGOT TO BRING MY MUFFIN TIN OF ALL THINGS TO FORGET. WE NEED TO PICK UP A MUFFIN TIN. YOU ARE GOING TO PUT THESE IN INDIVIDUAL MUFFINS JUST LIKE THE FINISHED PRODUCT? YES, AND YOU WANT TO FILL THEM TO THE BRIM. WITH THIS ONE, YOU DO WANT TO FEEL THAT ALL THE WAY TO THE BRIM. HOW LONG DO YOU COOK THOSE FOR? 350 DEGREES FOR 25 TO 35 MINUTES. YOU CAN INSERT A TOOTHPICK AND IF IT COMES OUT CLEAN, THEY ARE DONE. THIS IS OUR FINISHED PRODUCT. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.
