The book that I will introduce today is “Bulletproof Diet”
It’s famous for ‘bulletproof’ coffee.

Especially fat, we usually think it as bad
Especially those who are on a diet, think
they should not eat foods that contain lots of fat.
What he’s talking about is that getting enough good fats is good for reducing weight.
It also helps our health.
This was actually the biggest point I could learn.

What I remember is,
When I am drinking this bulletproof coffee in the morning and keeping the diet,
I really am surprised by myself by the ability to absorb and find ideas and information.
I not only learned fast but also
felt good ideas coming out.
So I was a bit addicted, but I wanted to keep my diet balanced.
I get enough carbs right now.
So if you want it,
it is worth trying.
You might as well try it periodically.
Another thing that does reverse the common sense of health is ‘Plant Paradox’
Plants, vegetables.
Do you know that vegetables have poison?
I read this plant paradox book at the time.
Of course, ‘Bulletproof Diet’ is also introducing that part.

We think that vegetables are all good.

I always eat them all.
