Good Morning YouTube Fam! So, today we are doing a Strict Keto What I Eat In A Day

y’all oh my gosh is my sweater on
backwards its oh my gosh oh it’s inside
out y’all how old am I this is so embarrassing
okay y’all so got my
sweater back on correctly like wow
that’s a Monday for you I tell you but
um yes so I wanted to share this with
y’all so one of the Tarot Readings that
I watch on YouTube she was like talking
about how we should either she said I
can’t remember exactly that she said
we’re gonna have a black cat that’s like
important in our life or we’re gonna
encounter one or we should get one I
can’t remember exactly what she said, but
because I mean I was like I don’t like cats
like I was saying y’all I really
didn’t entertain what she was saying and
yesterday I was visiting a friend’s
house and um yeah there was a black cat
like literally staring me down like
staring me down
Y’all and I was like what in the world
and then it came by me when I was
outside I’m like okay this is weird but
I was like whatever cats and dogs come
by you know humans all the time and then
this morning y’all
literally first night see this morning
is a baby cat at my house y’all not at
my friend’s house but in my house a baby
black cat came out of the bushes and
looked me dead in the eye so y’all I put
some milk out there for the I said baby
cat y’all know y’all can tell I don’t
deal with animals really right but it’s
a kitten right yeah a kitten I saw a kitten
this morning wow what what are words
but um yeah I put some milk out there for
the kitten y’all it’s so cute I don’t even
like cats period but or even dogs like
lately y’all I’ve become more acceptable
to animals lately I’ve really have
started loving animals more but like
cats was like the last thing on my list
y’all but that kitten y’all I want that
kitten now. Y’all he needs to come I
think it’s still in the bushes I’m too
afraid to go in the bushes because I don’t
want it to scratch me or anything to
nature but I gave it some milk so yeah
hopefully it’ll come out and drink the
milk and maybe we can bond it all this
stuff
so we are outside of the gym I’m about
to go in today is going to be my cardio
days the plan is to do 45 minutes of
cardio y’all
I haven’t even meditated yet because the
whole little kitten situation like
literally messed up my mind because
everything she’s been saying y’all has
been pretty much on point so I don’t
know that kind of like got me or
whatever but uh yeah not gonna bad way
it just like when like the stuff that
they tell you turns out to be correct
you just be like woah type situation or whatever
but anyways yeah so let’s go
ahead and go into the gym and maybe I
can meditate maybe a little bit while
I’m on the elliptical machine I don’t
know I might just meditate when I get
home I don’t know y’all
okay I just want to come on here real
quick and just tell y’all I have 30
seconds left here on the elliptical
machine I could have easily easily hit
300 calories y’all but towards the end I
was like if this like I’m just here like
I’m moving so slow I have some birt’day
so I mean the little extra 30 calories
so I could have burned that’s cool
whatever but I could stay on this thing
and do my cooldown but nope nope nope
nope
so just got done working out I’m hungry
he’s only ten 21 I am I want food but
I’m gonna wait a little bit longer I can
wait a little bit longer I think a whole
lot of water yeah make sure you’re
getting your water in I am about to
start cooking y’all but I’m about to
break my fast at 12 p.m. with one whole
pickle and some almonds and drinking my
water getting that h2o in yes
okay so first actual meal of the day
y’all I’m having a nice little strict keto meal
going on right now so I have
two chicken thighs two eggs or deformed
but we’re going to eat it anyways I have
broccoli and green beans and to drink
I’m gonna have some water
what utility later
hey y’all so I’m about to head to Zumba
class I took a nice little quick nap
thank you Jesus I was able to fit that
into today I may have had too much fun
as we can y’all because I am a little
bit sick or whatever but yeah so much
fun it was worth
okay y’all so I am sweating sweating today
because the air went out in the gym and
the air conditioned people were closed
because you know was after 5:00 or
whatever
so y’all oh Jesus we found some extra
calories today that’s cool it’s
acceptable oh that was a nice little
workout y’all working out with like no
air all right and the sweat Oh y’all
Jesus just wanna work out outside though
but I needed that in my life honestly
though so yeah you’re gonna go home and
get some food I haven’t even taken
anything out to like defrost or any
things I mean I don’t even know what I’m
gonna cook yeah so we have a kitten
right here oh my goodness I put some
milk out here for it it still hasn’t had
any I don’t think I don’t know but it’s
so cute oh my gosh I’m scared to pick it
up though it is so small and I’m scared
of it I don’t know maybe we’ll become
friends my tarot reader said that I am
gonna have a black cat that’s gonna be
significant in my life so maybe this is
it dinner is just something real simple
I just have one ribeye steak some
cauliflower rice which is a great
substitute for just regular rice in my
opinion I love it
then I have two eggs and to drink I’m
just having some water okay so the last
thing I’m having tonight is going to be
some strawberries from blackberries and
was this one tablespoon and I have maybe
of some natural creamy peanut butter yep
yep licking it off my finger – hey
YouTube family so editing version of
myself coming in so when this video goes
up it will be Friday I hope y’all are
having a great Friday what are y’all

y’all is watermelon we have watermelon
in the refrigerator every time I open
that refrigerator up I look at the
watermelon and I’m like no you can’t
