Good Morning y’all so today we are doing
a Strict Keto What I Eat In A Day type
video but it’s on the weekends so I’ll
show you all how I eat on the weekends
um typically go I don’t work out on the
weekend but y’all this week I’ve been
slacking like with going to the gym
I’ve been going to Zumba faithfully
y’all but only had a one real good
workout this week so I got a workout
today
Oh what joy so yeah you guys y’all know
the norm just sit back relax grab a
drink or maybe even a snack and just
enjoy the video so I’m about to start
meditating y’all it is sunny AF I’ve
been feeling so tired y’all it doesn’t
matter how much I sleep I’ve been
feeling so tired and I don’t know what
I’ll be doing my dreams y’all like I’m
getting possibly going to get a dream
catcher so I can maybe I don’t know
remember my dreams Oh No if you moments
later
okay y’all so I’m about to have a moment
of truth with you guys so I almost fell
off of the whole little Strict Keto Challenge yesterday y’all I had it
already and my phone saved from like a
couple maybe a month or two ago whatever
um on Twitter Wendy’s had said that
their spicy chicken nuggets we’re coming
out on August 19th y’all now listen if
there’s anything that I missed on this
whole little kiddo journey it would have
been spicy chicken nuggets from Wendy
Cho they’re spicy chicken nuggets are so
freakin bomb and you know why due to the
fact that I don’t even want to hold
myself to accountability y’all I’m gonna
blame Nicki Minaj for this cuz y’all all
heard Twitter a couple of weeks my son
know when she do this but she basically
retweeted them basically saying they
need to stop discontinuing the spicy
chicken nuggets cuz you know they were
just announcing that it was gonna come
out August 19th so yesterday y’all me
being me it was already logged in my
phone way before I had already you know
decided to even do Street Kido and so
y’all the alarm went off on my phone
yesterday and I literally drove to
Wendy’s because I was like I want to
give me some spicy chicken nuggets it’s
been a long time and I deserved me some
spicy chicken nuggets so okay cool I’m
in the line and drive-through ready to
get my chicken nuggets I’m like okay I
don’t see anything about the spicy
chicken nuggets available like why not
because their Twitter says that they’re
gonna be available on the 19th you know
like what’s going on and so when I
finally go up to like the intercom to
ask the lady you I had literally say to
myself even before like when I got in
drive through I was like they better
have these chicken nuggets but they
don’t have the spicy chicken nuggets
it’s clearly it’s not from guys that I
don’t need to eat them but in a Hooley
also when I was in drive-thru I asked
the lady on the intercom I was like okay
so um do I have a spicy chicken nuggets
available because I don’t see anything
about it she’s like oh no we don’t have
them available
what y’all I was so hurt like the fact
that I put on clothes just to go to
Wendy’s cuz I was like I don’t care I’m
gonna have me some spicy chicken nuggets
because I deserve me some spicy chicken
nuggets y’all that’s what I felt and
apparently the keto guys was like no
you’re not gonna have them so we don’t
have them I guess at my own Wendy’s and
maybe you know what that may be a good
thing y’all forget everything I just
said because I just realized on my phone
I put July 19th and really it was August
19 and this whole time I know that it’s
not even August but the fact that I had
in my phone is July 19th I don’t know
what our brains for it because clearly I
don’t use them so moral of the story is
you guys if you put something as a
reminder in your phone make sure you put
the right date and don’t be slow
okay y’all so clearly it’s time for me
to go to gym because I don’t know I
don’t know
just slow AF right now
Okay y’all, so it took everything… literally everything to make me go to the gym today I’m glad I did it
gotten workout in I want some steak yeah
I deserve steak today dang it yep
that’s what I’m gonna do all right you
guys so got to go to the mailbox
hopefully we have something fun in there today
all I got was basically bills
so much fun if you ever want to send me
anything to my PO BOX, my PO Box
information is down below in the
description box I would greatly
appreciate it
cuz I’m trying to just get in bills like
I would love to open up my PO Box and
have a nice little letter or whatever
y’all want to send me because these
bills would make me depressed they are
very depressing
y’all will not believe this and I really
wish I could show y’all who named this
is but retrograde is playing games with
me right now y’all like for real the
universe I don’t know why they doing
this to me but they are planning a whole
lot of games so this is the second time
doing retrograde that I have gotten mail
from in eggs and it says like my pill
box number on there y’all but it has not
one of my eggs like
even a recent excellent ex from years
ago name on it and I don’t know why the
universe is doing this but I’m not
trying to entertain that I don’t need
that X in my life I just don’t but
anywho y’all so I’m gonna stop talking
about this we’ve got to head home and
get some food in our system because I
need some food in my system Wow a woman
of so many words alright y’all so I’m
about to break my fast with this pickle
I’m currently cooking my steak and other
stuff whatever I haven’t decided what
this wasn’t gonna cook but right now I’m
cooking my steak right now so yeah but
to have this pickle edit a video watch
Grey’s Anatomy and wait on my food to be ready
So first meal of the day you also have a nice little keto friendly meal that I got going on over here so I have
one steak with a mixture of okra and
green beans two eggs and some
blackberries and a drink I’m just having
some h2o then good ole Greenville
Mississippi water okay so it’s a nice
dinner is just gonna be a nice little
strict keto salad yes um I have ground
beef one egg that’s the form but you
know we eat them in a ways then I
sprinkle some pink Wow pink
let’s say some pink Himalayan so you
thought on this job but I sprinkle a few
of my roasted pecans and put this in the
salad and for my dressing I’m just using
apple cider vinegar
y’all mm-hmm this type of salad I like
to eat I guess it would be a good idea
for me to put some pink Himalayan sea
salt on top of this yeah I’m gonna do
that too yeah and I’m just drinking some
water blah so much fun the last thing
I’m having tonight is going to be a nice
little keto friendly snack so I have
some cucumbers with pink Himalayan sea
salt sprinkled on top then I have some
blackberries and some strawberries and
I’m just of course drinking my water hey
YouTube Fam so it is 9:06 p.m. I just
got done braiding my hair I washed it it
smells all good now just it was just
nothing that feels better than when you
finally like wash your hair
just feel like a whole different person
