Hello friends today I am going to share with you a healthy very easy and tasty weight loss salad recipe – Sprouts Salad or Moong Bean Sprouts Salad

1 tbsp white oil , 1 dry red chilli , 1 tsp garlic paste , 1 cup moong sprouts , 1/2 cup parboiled beans , 1/2 cup parboiled carrot pieces , 1/2 cup parboiled green peas, 1/2 cup parboiled onion pieces , 1/2 cup tomato pieces , 1/2 cup cucumber pieces , 1/2 cup coriander leaves , 1 tbsp chopped green chillies , 1 tsp yellow mustard powder , 1 tsp black salt , 1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp lemon juice , 1/2 cup sour curd
1/2 tsp salt , 1 tbsp sugar
1.1 cup Moong sprouts soaked in water for overnight and next morning drained off water and boil.
2. Then heat white oil in a wok.
Tempering with dry red chilli and garlic paste.
3. Then add moong sprouts.
4. Fry on medium flame and keep aside.
5. Take a bowl . Then add all ingredients one by one moong sprouts, beans, carrot, green peas, onion pieces, tomato pieces, cucumber pieces, coriander leaves, chopped green chillies.
6. Add yellow mustard powder, black salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice, sour curd, salt, sugar.
7. Lightly mix
Ready to serve. It is very healthy and tasty salad.
