I’ll make low-carb bread first with a microwave.
I use aluminum free baking powder.
Melted butter should not exceed 140° F.
Use eggs at room temperature, not cold.
If the egg is cold, the butter is hardened. If the butter is hot, the egg is cooked.
If you mix hard, bubbles will form, so mix slowly.
Put the dough in the container at a little higher height.
The dough doubled.
I’ll cut it horizontally to make toast.
Korean toast with green onion is really delicious.

I used sugarfree ketchup.
Cheese>Eggs>Ketchup>Ham
If packed well, it is good as a lunch box.
It’s so delicious and I like this.
