Salteado de Carne con repollo – Receta Keto / Ground Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry

“Stir Fry Ground Beef with Cabbage”.
Would you like to prepare
somethig easy, healthy
and to not spend too much time to prepare?
For this recipe we will need just few ingredients.
So, stay with me to prepare…
Let’s start to season 500 gr of Ground Beef.
With a pinch of salt.
Not too much, because for this recipe
we will use soy sauce.
If you don’t want to use Soy Sauce,
then you will need to add more salt.
Pepper to taste.
1/2 teaspoon of Soy Sauce.
1 teaspoon of grated Ginger.
2 minced Garlic.
Mix with your hands.
Put deep pan to heat at medium temperature.
Add 1-2 Tablespoon of Oil.
1 minced garlic.
When you start to feel the delicious
…add 1/2 Onion (Chopped).
Increase bit more the temperature.
1/2 teaspoon of Red Chilli flakes.
When onion is transparent,
add Ground Beef.
If needed, add more Soy Sauce.
Cook until golden brown.
When meat is golden brown,
add 3 Scallions.
1/2 Cabbage (380 gr).
I use 1/4 teaspoon.
Also, you can add 1 teaspoon of
White Wine Vinegar.
Cover to Soften the cabbage.
pour bit of water to cook it better.
A bit more of Chilli flakes.
1/2 teaspoon more.
And Check constantly,
until Cabbage is soft.
When this happen, remove from
stove and serve.
You can add 1 Tablespoon of Heavy cream or
Sour Cream to your Dish.
