SALAD: HOW TO PREPARE A SIMPLE LOW CALORIE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SALAD THAT WILL HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT

Welcome to MrsLindasCorner …today I’m actually gonna make a salad I’ve actually started cooking that chicken breast already I had about two
pieces of chicken breast and I put them on this grill because it takes away,
they’ve been soaking in teriyaki sauce and I kind of rinsed it off because it’s
the kind that came in the package from the store, already with the teriyaki on
there but, I I know that that lets it make some meat tenderizing the meat. So, I just kind of rinsed most of it off and and as I tasted it tastes really tender.
So, I’ve already turned it off and so now I’m gonna put the chicken aside and then
make my other ingredients.. my I’ll be adding cilantro I’ll be putting some
cucumbers and tomatoes one of having tomatoes but cucumber you slicing up the
cucumber a little garlic a little ginger and I’m gonna squeeze a little lemon
juice over it for it because I don’t really want any salad dressing a dash of
cayenne pepper and I’ve got some lettuce in the refrigerator of one so I’m gonna
blend all of these and make my salad so that you guys can see it and one of the other things that I
actually came across I forgot I had a little dandelion in my refrigerator. So,
I’m also going to be adding that to my salad as well and maybe a little onion So, I’ve cut up all the veggies most all
of them and I’ll be adding the chicken I’m gonna squeeze just a little lemon
over the chicken before I put it in here I also squeeze a little lime over it and
then I’m gonna squeeze some over the salad I just want to make sure that uh
you know when I use some of this later it’ll all be marinated in that lemon
which cuts the fat… So, I’m just gonna um she was a little protein and put on
there I got the cucumbers and you know like – I’m gonna clip up a little carrot
in here – because I like to add all the colors in a rainbow I don’t really have
any red so I’m just gonna use the I’m just gonna use carrots yeah so I’m gonna
take one carrot and slice it up in there and one of the things that I like to do
with my carrots when I cut them I kind of cut them on a slant just to kind of
make it interesting yeah I like to do that because that kind of makes them
kind of cute it makes the salad a little dressing it up a little bit making it
interesting so you have added carrots and now I’m gonna add the garlic and a
little bit of the ginger okay and I’ve cut up the garlic on there and for those
of you who might think this is a little too much garlic I love I love garlic
quite a bit and so it’s actually antibacterial and so it fights
inflammation as well and since I’m going through sinus issues
I sprinkle a little cayenne pepper on there it’s really good for me so I
always like to use it and yeah squeeze a little bit of lemon on there all over
the whole salad that way I don’t have to worry about adding any I don’t have to
worry about adding any salad dressing cuz I’m trying to lose weight not to
gain any and so this just gives me what I need okay and then I’m gonna take these seeds out I haven’t really found a way I mean I
know some people when they squeeze the lemon over their food they take the
lemons they might hold their they’ll squeeze it oops then I squeeze the lemon
over over there like in their hand and capture the seeds but I can’t seem to do
that with this camera. So, anyway let’s see I had one more thing I need to add
and that is the ginger okay and so now my salad is all finished so I’m glad I
wanted to share that with you guys today I hope that the ginger the ginger that I
put in there it’s good for you as well you can eat it eat it fresh you can make
it into a tea which I actually plan on doing today and I have this so a
wonderful smoothie that I want to show you guys a little bit later. So, I do hope

good kinds of things you know Oh in order to lose the weight or if you’re
just trying to eat healthy you know it’s just small changes that you need to
learn to make in everyday you know life with our with our eating you know and
it’s these little small changes that actually improves our health so
