Quick Keto Karamel Iced Latte

Ready for some decadent Keto Karamel
Latte?
It’s a simple recipe. You’re also
going to be getting some collagen. I
always want you to have as much collagen
and I want all of us to have as much
collagen in our body as possible, so I
sprinkle it and put it in everything. And
then we’ve got our awesome creamy MCTS.
Let’s begin!
spring water ice cubes, collagen peptides,
coconut or almond milk, organic coffee,
creamy MCT and a little bit of caramel —
keto style. Okay we’re gonna begin with
our ice cubes, then we’re gonna add our
almond or coconut milk. You can also use
almond if you can incorporate that many
nuts into your diet on a daily basis.
Next we’re going to add our coffee — OOH,
just look at that. I’m ready for my
coffee that’s for sure.
And next we’re going to add
our collagen peptides. You
can add one, or I like to add an extra
tablespoon to get a little bit more.
Collagen is so important in our daily
diet and the best part is you’re gonna
add some more of your creamy MCTs. You
can add about a tablespoon of that. So
this is a combination of butter, heavy
cream or creamy MCTS, and some monk fruit.
But I’m a huge caramel lover. It’s that
sweet tooth that I’ve had all my life. So
you’ve got all the ingredients and we’re
just going to crush the ice.
And I think we’re good to go!
It’s just that simple. If you want to
sort of mix dessert plus some great
caffeine, some MCTS and collagen into
something that’s so decadent, so tasty
for a little pick-me-up and a treat all
combined.
