Quick and Simple Keto Crème Brûlée recipe || Everyday noms

Today, we’re making a keto dessert recipe
– keto crème brûlée!!

This crème brûlée only uses 5 ingredients
and a little bit of water!
First, heat up the heavy cream on low.
I added about a tablespoon of water as the
cream is a little thick.
Stir it periodically.
Add a teaspoon of vanilla essence.
As the cream is warming up, mix the monk fruit
sweetener together with the egg yolks.
Keep mixing until the yellow color is less
intense – pretty much like this!
As soon as the heavy cream gets bubbly, turn
the heat off.
I usually wait a couple of minutes for it
to cool down for a while before mixing it
with the egg mixture.
Add the cream bit by bit and mix until it
becomes one smooth mixture.
Put it on the tray and fill it half full of
Bake it for 330 degrees for about 30 minutes
or until it is sets.
Once it’s done, cool it in the fridge for
about 3 hours.
I like to broil it on high right before eating
it so that the top caramelizes a little.
