Pumpkin Pie in a Glass. “Fall” in Love With The BEST Smoothie-Latte Ever.
I love this time of year. I love the
aromas of pumpkin which is why I thought
we’d make a pumpkin spice latte today.
It’s filled with lots of good fats, my
favorite, and all inspiring tumeric we’ve
got high levels of the curcumin oit’s
right here in this tumeric. We’ll talk a
little bit more about it. We’ve got
pumpkin, we have pumpkin spice,
we have paprika, we have collagen, we have
espresso coffee. We’ve got both coconut
and almond milk so you’ve got a nice
balance of the two. We’ve got coconut
butter along with a little bit of
sweetener from monk fruit. We’re gonna
start with both of the milks and you can
use a hundred percent coconut milk or
almond milk. But again I really like
mostly the benefits from the coconut
milk. You’re getting lauric acid, you’re
getting the mana lauric acid, you’re
getting the capric acid, and you’re
getting the caprylic acid. Here’s some
coconut butter. Now this entire recipe is
on my website. You can go to Naomi
Whittle dot com and get all of the details
for the ingredients. This is collagen. I
like to add collagen, these are special
collagen peptides just for you and again
the description of the collagen peptides
I actually have different videos on
collagen that you can watch and it will
explain to you what to look for,
which peptides are best, because there’s
so much collagen out there in the market
but there’s definitely different ways to
get the benefits. We’re going to add a
little bit of the monk fruit and that’s
really just a taste.
The delicious pumpkin. I love the pumpkin
on keto because it’s not something I eat
all the time but when you really look at
it it’s very low in carbs at the end of
the day. Now here is our tumeric. This
tumeric that I have right here we took
out of our capsule formula and it’s got
95% Kokubo noids in it so it’s a tumeric
base but you know that you’re getting a
therapeutic dose. You see in India people
get around 2,000 milligrams of tumeric
every single day and there are over
6,000 studies that have been done on it.
So I want to make sure we’re getting
lots of our tumeric and the cinnamon.
We’ll add a scoop of cinnamon which has
all sorts of metabolism boosting
benefits. It’s filled with nutrients. I
love cinnamon, I love the aroma, and then
this is our spice, our pumpkin spice and
our paprika. There you have it. All the
ingredients and it’s ready to blend we
will add our organic chilled coffee.
Okay that was just a quick mix.
It’s a quick mix. Look how frothy and
creamy this delicious fall latte is.
Mmm it actually tastes like pumpkin pie
in a smoothie.
