[Preview] The keto diet app and how it can help you
Who should try your app, you think?
Who is it perfect for?
I would say anyone who’s interested
in low-carb diets in general,
although the name is KetoDiet.
Some people may know that I don’t follow
a very low-carb approach,
so I would say
that my carbohydrate intake per day
is somewhere between 30 g
and 50 g of total carbs,
but which would be about 25 g to 30 g,
35 g net carbs.
Still kind of low.
It’s still low
but it’s not a very low-carb approach.
Do you measure your ketones?
I don’t, I used to,
but I do feel when the carbohydrate intake
is right for me.
And to be honest,
generally I just follow…
I just follow my instincts in a way
because whenever I’m hungry I just eat,
which means that many times
I would just have one meal a day.
And sometimes I would have lunch
and dinner, sometimes just dinner.
On most days I just skip breakfast.
So this is one of the main benefits
in my opinion of low-carb eating.
It’s very liberating because I never feel
like I have to track anything.
But at the beginning
when I started following the diet
it was absolutely essential because it was
so easy to go over my carb limit.
