The challenges that we came across
We were convenience cooks.
Everything was in a packet,
went into the oven for 30 minutes
so we had to learn to cook again
which was ideal from the Diet Doctor
because the recipes were on there,
easy to follow
and probably family were hard work,
because their rule is still you need
carbohydrates to keep going.
They thought we were bonkers giving these
things up like bread and beans and pasta.
