I have shared so many Paneer recipes..but today I will share Ketogenic Paneer Butter Masala recipe withyou all.
This is low carb, moderate protein and high fat Recipe.
let’s start the recipe.
Take a pan
we will use butter to make this keto paneer
you can use Amul yellow butter or Amul White Butter.
it is easily available in market
Amul white butter is unsalted
but we will make this dish with yellow butter
In a pan add 3 tbsp butter
you can even add Clarified butter / Desi ghee or white butter in it. It is totally your choice.
After butter melts.. add 1 medium chopped onions in it.
Add 1 Chopped capsicum and half chopped tomato in it.
Switch flame to medium high.
Cook it till transparent.
This Keto Paneer becomes quickly and is tasty as well.
Anyone can have it..whether on keto diet or not.
This Keto Paneer has low carbs, moderate protein and high fat.
so those who are on Ketogenic diet
can eat this in lunch.
as this is low carb..so avoid having Chapati’s / Naan with it.
as in Keto you are allowed only 10% of carb intake.
add 1 tbsp dry coriander in it.
add half spoon red chilli powder.
add 1/3rd tsp turmeric powder.
add 1/3rd tsp cumin
to make it more tasty add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
and mix well.
switch flame to low.
Cook it for 1 minute.
now add 2 tbsp cream
and mix well
add 3/4th cup of water in it
switch flame to high
cover it for 1 minute and let it cook
check after a minute
add 1/3rd tsp salt
mix it well
now add 400 gm paneer in it
mix it well
and cook for 1 to 2 minute
switch flame to low
after adding paneer cubes..don’t over cook it.
cook only for 1 to 2 minutes.
check it after a minute
yummy keto style paneer butter masala is ready
switch off the flame
after it is ready you can add more butter if you want.
Make it and enjoy this recipe.
you can make it whenever you want to
we will garnish it with coriander leaves, cream and bit of butter on top.
