Paneer Besan Cheela Recipe – Indian Vegetarian Snack Recipe Video in Hindi – Lata’s Kichen

Welcome to Lata’s Kitchen
Paneer Besan Cheela is a very
tasty and healthy snack.
Its very easy and quick to make
Today I’m going to make bean paneer cheela,
Lets see the ingredients required for making it
For this we’ll need
Gram Flour – 1 cup
Cottage Cheese – 100 gm, grated
Lemon – 1
Green Chillies – 1 tbsp, chopped
Dry Mint Leaves – 5 to 6, crushed
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder – 1/4 tsp
Black Salt Powder – 1/8 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp, adjust to taste
Carom Seeds – 14/ tsp
Oil – 4 tbsp
Water for making batter
Lets start making paneer besan cheela
Mix black pepper powder, black salt powder,
cumin seeds powder and some salt in a bowl
Add this spice mixture to grated paneer
Mix well
Add lemon juice to it, you can also use
dry pomegranate seeds powder instead
Mix and keep aside for 10 minutes
Its been 10 minutes, add all
the spices to gram flour
Mix well
Add cottage cheese
Make batter of it by adding
little water at a time
Batter consistency should
be like that of pakoras
Heat a griddle, When heated put a few
drops of oil and wipe with a paper towel
Pour batter in the center of
griddle with the help of a ladle
Spread the batter in
sweeping circular motions
Keep the gas on low for 1 minute while
pouring and spreading the batter
Drizzle some oil around the edges
Its color has changed, now flip it
Turn gas to medium high
Cook until its nice golden brown from
both sides while flipping it often
It is done, now take it out into a plate
Similarly make all the cheelas
Paneer Besan Cheela is
ready, It is very tasty
You can serve it in breakfast with
green or sweet n sour chutney
You can also have it as a tea
time snack or pack in kids tiffin
