Today in “Katastrofa La Cocina” we will
prepare…
“Cheese Sticks”.
This Cheese Sticks are very easy to make.
For preparing it, we will use
few ingredients.
Ingredients that you will probably find
in your refrigerator.
Even we use Eggs, Cheese sticks will not
have that eggy taste.
In fact, they taste as the cheese sticks
that you can find in any Pizza Shop.
The only difference is, that
we will not use flour.

Let’s start by mixing in a bowl,
1 Cup of Cheese for melting.
I am using Gouda Cheese.You can also use
Mozarella or Manchego.
The one you like the most.
1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese.
1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder.
1/2 teaspoon of Thyme.
You can also use Rosemary ,Oregano
or add some other spice that you like.
1/4 teaspoon of Salt or to taste.
Just remember that Parmesan Cheese
is salty.
So, don’t add too much Salt.
2 Small Eggs or 1 Large Egg.
Mix until well combined.

Pour the mixture in a baking tray
with baking paper.
With a spatula flatten and mold
the mixture.
Take to the oven Preheated to
180 C (350 F) for 15 minutes.
In Electric Oven, move baking tray
to top rack for the last 3 minutes.
To brown the cheese a little.
After this time, let to cool down
from 5 to 10 minutes.
