I will only share my own personal experience on weight loss.
On how i started… And to encourage others who don’t know where to start.
Because when I started, I have tried many times and experienced rebound
I don’t consider myself now as thin. I still consider my figure as large frame.
although yes I already lost a lot of weight
I really suggest to please consult your doctors first!
because it might be effective for me but not for everybody
my current weight is at 160 lbs or 72 kgs
Hopefully by the time that I upload this video, my weight will be lighter compared today ☺️☺️☺️
the struggle is real lol
took me 2 weeks before uploading a video. I need to manage my time, mommy duties, work etc

anyway my height is 5’6 tall
according to google the ideal BMI for my height
i should be only at 150 lbs or 68 kgs, although I’m not 100% sure if my research is accurate☺️
since I started I aimed to reach 150 lbs!
so now I still need to lose 10 more pounds! before I finally reach my goal … 150 lbs!
I was really born FAT
I think it runs in the family
when I was born my mother was forced to undergo C-section (Cesarean Delivery) because I was so big
I was at 8.9 lbs when I was born! which is 4 kgs! super big!
they say I can sit on my own on the stoller because I was so big!
they call me TABA=FAT
FAT DAYS!
I do not really mind at all!
I know they are just concerned about my health
because we have a family history of Diabetes and Hypertension
my grandma died due to heart attack
some people would tend to say you will have a hard time on losing weight so you better start at a young age!
since I was young then, I never thought there’s something wrong with me being fat
i dont think there’s something wrong with my size. so I really don’t mind at all!
I don’t feel anything strange, because I’m still young
some people would tease me because of my size …
but I was not bullied
I have good set of schoolmates and classmates
I think it’s normal
I know I’m not the only one fat in our class!
whenever we play, I really cannot afford to join any games that would need physical activity!
I cannot jump high! … I cannot bend!
I”m having a hard time since I’m heavy
I don’t mind at all since I love eating!
I really love to eat! 🌭🍝🍟🍔🍗🍚😋

we go out during weekends to eat somewhere

there are times that I cannot look for a dress that would fit my size
even shoes!
I cant find anything on the girl’s section
I usually go to the boy’s section to find clothes
kids would tease me whenever I walk, they would say that there’s an earthquake! ☺️
I didn’t noticed that I was really big!
so I started to lose weight
I was 16 years old at that time
it was during the time that there were high demand for nurses overseas
since I want to be a nurse, i have to be a good example to my patients
during that time I was at 170 – 180 lbs
77 – 81 kgs only
I used the term only because it was not my heaviest. my heaviest was at 240 lbs!

I can relate to the 200 lbs beauty korean movie!
my first attempt to lose weight was when I was 16
I was not accepted at first when I applied to be part of a nursing school because of my weight
they wanted to see my intention of losing weight
I was advised to return after a week, to check my weight
i need to lose any amount
they did not specify a particular amount
they just want to show my effort of losing weight…
i need to promise that i will be on a diet
it was an eye opener for me
my future will be affected
so i told myself, yes i really need to lose weight
i was pressured
i do not have any idea where to start
i started eating tuna and crackers only with orange juice, oats
my family was super supportive at that time
after a week i was able to lose weight! around 3 or 5 lbs!
finally i was able to enroll!
sad to say i was unable to maintain …
i had a rebound, i gained the weight that i lost previously
i went back to eating rice, junk foods
fast forward to yr 2005 when i transferred school
I have a friend, she was also big. I was shocked when I saw on friendster that she lost a lot of weight already
so i told myself maybe i can also try to lose some weight, like what she did
then i asked her some tips on how to lose weight
at that time i was 17 or 18 years old
tried to use slimming pills
i will not mention the name of the product
disclaimer: i also tried the same product
during the time that i tried it, i really dont’t know if it was effective
but i lost weight at that time, i also went to the gym and lost my appetite. from 170 – 130 lbs
during that time was my lowest point that i don”t feel like eating anything at all
after trying all the slimming products, i got sick and was hospitalized
according to them i don’t look healthy anymore because i was so thin
now they are encouraging me to eat healthy
you have to eat up because you look sick
I look in the mirror and all I see is that I’m fat … I feel like when i eat a little i will gain weight
i don’t have an appetite
i don’t know if i can consider myself as anorexic
After getting my degree in nursing in 2009 i got my first job as a cabin crew on a local airline
i need to maintain my weight, it should be proportion to my height
i was so careful not to gain weight
fast forward to 2011
when i got pregnant, my pre pregnancy weight was 140 lbs or 63 kgs
still lighter than my current weight
before i gave birth i was at 180 lbs, then after giving birth i was at 170 lbs
i went back to my old weight and the rest was history!
from 2011 to 2018 I gained MOOOOORE weight! from 170 lbs to 240 lbs!
it took me 7 years to gain that weight
i was shocked when i saw myself one day, i was sooooo big. i even cannot afford to take photos of myself
i tried to get back on track on 2016 but i failed
i was diagnosed with high uric acid in the blood
it was so hard to walk! because i also had Plantar fasciitis due to obesity

i need to exercise and watch on my diet
i tried to eat healthy again, i started with cereals for breakfast
salad … tuna …. i lost a little but gained again after some time…
since i’m not getting any younger, sometimes i can feel something wrong in my body already…
i felt some chest heaviness and difficulty of breathing!
i got high cholesterol, high blood pressure, high sugar and high uric acid
another eye opener for me
i also had a gyne problem, i had a period for 3 mons non stop
i was advised to have lifestyle modification
it’s not yet too late … do something today that you will thank yourself for tomorrow
i already have a child and my own family
i have to take care of myself
finally i started to go on a diet again
i think i can do it again
i tried to do some research
early 2018, i told myself
new year’s resolution that I will be on a diet again
end of january i tried to limit my intake of rice
no rice at all but still with sweets
i’m a type of person who thinks that i need sugar for my brain to function well
i was able to lose a little weight after a month …. probably around 3 – 5 lbs
i was so happy at that time!
finally i was able to start again!
i had a small talk with a close friend who happens to be on a diet as well.
i told him that it’s about time, not for the physical appearance but for my own good as well.
he introduced this fb group that educates its members on a certain way of eating.

at first i was so hesitant, because i was under the impression that fat is bad … yes i’m fat but i don’t like eating fatty food
i started with intermittent fasting… the 16hr fasting
I will start my fast at 8pm then will break it at 12nn the ff day
everyday i drink water with 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, and drink it with a straw
then i will start my breakfast with 2 eggs
cabbage … cucumber …
bacon … sausages
i use simple menu not to compromise our grocery budget
i also eat what they eat
at first i was not familiar with all with the terms … like fat bomb … bpc or bullet proof coffee …
i tried to do some work out like high intense workout at home only but i didn’t focused on that much
excess skin
im so lazy to exercise
so i’m trying my best right now to work on my schedule so i can also do a little exercise
but now at least after a year i was able to adopt with this way of eating … i can manage to eat with no rice, carbs and sugar…
i do crave for sweets sometimes, i do some treatday ofcourse
what i actually do… i eat lowcarb zero sugar from monday – saturday, then sunday will be my treatday
sunday is our family day and mukbang day!
not to deprive myself since i’ve been doing this way of eating for quite some time now
and also to avoid rebound!
what you can eat and what to avoid
most important! – veggies
we have to check because some fruits and veggies have sugar and carb content as well …
stevia natural
so i started with 16hr fasting…
then i didn’t noticed at all that i can do more than that
i only eat one meal a day … i don’t easily get hungry and i have a lot of energy
I can feel that this way of eating is good for me …
to sum it up, the reason why i lost 80 lbs this time around is that i tried the low carb and intermittent fasting diet
