Out of Ketosis | One Food I’ve Really Missed | Legs & Glutes Circuit
Hi Everyone! I hope you’re having a
great day. I woke up pretty late today.
If you don’t know from my previous videos
I’m out of ketosis right now. So I find
that i’m waking up later and later
and my energy is pretty low right now.
I’m feeling pretty crappy I’m not gonna
lie. But if you want to find out more
about why i’m doing this and what i’m
doing i have a card above that you can
click on with my series. But, in a
nutshell i’m going to be documenting my
process of getting out of ketosis then
i’m going to get back into ketosis and
i’ll be checking my blood ketone levels
through the whole process. And testing
out different keto foods to see how
they affect my ketone levels. So you can
find out more by clicking that card but
i am going now to eat some dim sum. So
i’ll show you guys what I’m eating
today. Hey guys we are in chinatown
where my favorite dim sum restaurant is.
So, let’s go check it out.
it wasn’t the restaurant we normally go
to you but that one was pretty pact. There are
like three or four different dim sum
places in chinatown so we went to
another one that we like. Really good. Now
we’re going to go and get some ice cream from
mcdonalds. Um, one of the things
I’m noticing. i remember this from before.
I’m just like, constantly hungry. Um, I keep
eating eating eating. And that’s one of
the things I really enjoy about being
in ketosis is that I can stay full pretty
easily because of all the fat. But now
that I’m burning carbs, um, I wake up hungry.
Like I woke up with my stomach growling
this mornin. And every few hours I get
hungry again. Um, pretty crazy but anyways.
I’ll show you my ice cream when we get that.
Hey guys. So, I just woke up. Um, it happened again. I
just crashed after eating the dim sum and
the ice cream. But it was a good nap. So I
guess that’s the positive out of it. But
this is what happens. I always crash
after meals when I am running off of
carbs. So anyways i’m going to go to the
gym now to get a quick workout in and then
I’ll show you what i’m eating for my
Hey everyone so I’m going to my final
meal of the day. I’m really exciting
because we’re gonna go eat sushi.
So, if there’s one food that I probably
missed on the ketogenic diet, it’s sushi.
I still eat sushi and everything, um. Just sashimi
but I like having it with the
rice, and the different like
styles that they can make. But anyways,
i’ll show you guys what I’m eating at the
sushi restaurant. It’s one of my favorites it’s
called Kona Kai. It’s here in town. And
it’s really really good.
Alright everyone so that concludes my
full day of eating. I hope you enjoyed.
I’m going to go to bed so that i can get
ready to start my work week tomorrow.
I’ll try and share more full day of
eating throughout the wekk while I’m
out of ketosis. They definitely won’t be as
intense as what you saw today. It is the
weekend after all! You know I’ll probably, um
not eat quite as much as I did today. Cause that was
a lot. That was a lot of food and if I eat
like this every day, I’ll get really out of shape.
And that’s not really the goal
with being out of ketosis. So i have to
really watch myself. I hope you enjoyed
