OMAD One Meal A Day Results – Fasting Weight Loss Journey 2019

hi it’s Mieka Fasting weight loss and
today I’m gonna share my Omad alternate day fasting weight loss results
for day five okay so I completed
my 36 hour fast
that’s a win I had a lot of stress
yesterday and I realized yesterday I
don’t do a well Restrepo town I do not
have a network of help in the city I’m
in and I was probably feeling sorry for
myself
plus my money’s funny which is my fault
too
so yeah I was not weight loss and
fasting was not even part of the
equation yesterday but I did not break
the first until 9 p.m. last night I was
going nonstop from about 9 a.m.
um no well I left the house at 9 a.m.
but I worked on my video for about an
hour and I did other things 9 a.m. to 9
p.m. is when I got home so 12 hours of
just working car issues my car is left
on my job because it could not it had
issues let me see so anyway yeah I was a
stressful day today okay so I had a meal
at 9 and also my kids I’m getting them
ready for summer camp
they are leaving right now for seven
days to summer camp which is good but
getting them packed up and stuff and
getting all their last-minute stuff that
was yesterday too
that was also like yeah I just need to
come home and sleep after an exhausting
day but that’s not what happened okay so
what did I eat at 9:00 p.m. I ate a
cucumber I slice the cucumber and I had
um artichoke dip with that from the
grocery store I had this is not what I
had planned to have if my car didn’t
mess up and I was stuck or I wasn’t
feeling a lot of stress from other
things that happen yesterday
I had planned out what I wanted to eat
so this is a bunch of junkie like
unplanned meal okay I had four chicken
strips I did have sweet and spicy
sriracha and barbecue sauce the cucumber
with the dip I had two homemade that I
made the other day for my son he didn’t
eat them
oh it had the coconut oil nuts and a had
oatmeal in it in the swerve stuff um I
had two of those and
that’s it that’s what I had yesterday oh
no and I had like a cup and a half of
strawberries with whipped cream
macadamia nuts and chopped nuts okay
that’s what I had exercise there was no
exercise that was not part of the
equation yesterday so yeah now for my
weight this is a game but it’s not okay
if you fast for 36 hours and then you
eat your body is gonna hold on to a
little bit of that and if you eat at
9:00 p.m. and then way in the morning
that food has not digested okay so this
is not a game I’m very happy with this I
am actually happy with my meal I had
last night
only the the two cookies were oatmeal
and the oatmeal in it is the only thing
that was off of my diet but I don’t
really care cuz it was about one meal
and yeah I don’t really care I was under
my 100 carbs for the day for sure
okay so I am 226 point
dang it so I did this yesterday I need
to write it down to 26.4 wait 2.6
because it’s plus I know that it’s a
plus point 8 game which I’m really happy
with that because now I’m probably back
into a 36 hour fast I said I’m gonna be
to 219 by Monday I still do so I’m
thinking depends because it depends on
how I deal with my stress but the when
the stress is extreme the appetite
really leaves so I’m thinking 36 hour
fast which started last night in let’s
say 9:30 p.m. and then I’m gonna say
10:00 okay
at 10 p.m. I’m thinking of doing that
fast
that means tomorrow Sunday at 10 a.m. I
could eat then I’m thinking of dry fast
to Monday to get me to the 219 that’s
what I’m thinking okay all right sorry
this is kind of funny how I talked
because my mind is everywhere but I am
happy grateful for today I’m really
grateful that I’m kind of really
sticking to this plan like it’s not yeah
anyway bye
