hi it’s MIeka Fasting weight loss and
today is day 12 check-in of my two week
challenge of Omad
intermittent fasting and 48-hour fast on
the weekends oh my gosh okay I am having
extreme urge to eat fast food to my
extreme urge to eat when I supposed to
be fasting tonight um my one of my
triggers I guess people like to talk
about triggers um I guess this is one
when I have the house to myself and
that’s what’s happening so and I don’t
have plans to do anything except for
work so what I’m thinking is a few
things might happen and I have a
specific place I when I go and eat and I
have not had sugar well I’ve had the
white chocolate baker’s white chocolate
which has nine carbs I didn’t look at
the sugar count that’s the only sugar
I’ve had this for these two weeks um and
I’ve had no fast food so this two weeks
is going to be more about like what
people might want to see and I think the
next two weeks is gonna be all about
what I want to do I’m very not happy
with the weight I’ve been the same thing
for six days that’s horrible I don’t
like that so something has to change for
the next two weeks anyway what did I eat
yesterday I ate a big huge meal low carb
I had a stuffed green pepper 1/2 um and
I might have pictures at the end I had
stuffed jalapenos these things were
stuffed with pepper jack cheese cream
cheese ground beef and I put like three
slices of turkey pepperoni I also had
salad with ground beef sour cream salsa
and tiny bit of avocado and I have like
1/10 of a zucchini I’m left over from
the day before um that was my meal I
think that was great my dessert was big
I had a sugar-free white chocolate um
pudding and I used half-and-half to mix
that I use half and half instead of
heavy cream because the price is rate
cheaper and I don’t have it like that to
just freely buy groceries um let’s see
that was one of the dessert than the
other dessert was low-carb coconut fat
bomb stuff so it had coconut oil I did
use the Baker’s white chocolate again
for some of them and I used for the
white ones that you’re gonna see and I
put all kinds of nuts pecans almonds
macadamia I didn’t eat the whole bag of
macadamia nuts that’s a win and in the
other cup that’s darker had the brown
sugar swerve um butter or coconut oil I
head over what I use and peanut butter
powder okay it’s lower in calorie and it
still has protein and stuff that’s all
that yesterday I did have very large
portions of the meal but is everything I
showed you is what I had for the dessert
I think I had an extra one or two of
those that’s not in the picture okay so
you guys I don’t know what you’re gonna
see tomorrow mm-hmm but I’m hoping to
pull through today and don’t eat that’s
what I’m hoping for but it’s just
calling me I have a full ten-hour day of
work today okay so the weight is too
oh I didn’t write it down to 29.8 that’s
plus point six I did eat late and I ate
heavy so just keep in mind when you
weigh daily your food is night digestant
to reflect on the numbers I probably
just maintained for the most part that’s
it for my omad intermittent fasting
