Omad Diet Results [Day 5, 6, 7] My Weight Loss Journey

hi it’s mieka fasting weight loss and
I am on a fasting weight loss journey I
started had two hundred and seventy
three point two pounds I’m five nine I’m
41 for less than 30 days and my highest
weight ever was 297 whoo I’m on a 28-day
challenge to get to 199 I started at 28
and I’m gonna tell you how they 5 6 & 7
win and if you want to know what I’m
doing I’m doing different things each
day and it’s in the description box okay
so Saturday I did
snake diet 24 hours snake juice only
that was the goal I did have the snake
juice but I’ve also cheated with propell
flavored water
zero calories it’s cheating but what I
normally do is have anything with zero
calories so it was still a went for me I
had to propose plus my snake juice and
no food and I did go to the gym I can’t
remember what I did it wasn’t online
maybe an hour to probably at the pool
okay Sunday oh boy did I really mess up
oh wait okay so after the 24 hours snake
diet with snake juice
I went from 220 point two two to
nineteen point four
okay that was day five results then
Sunday I was supposed to do dirty
fasting which means I can have anything
zero calorie I can have gum I could have
whatever I’m gonna put dirty fasting in
the in screen if you want to see how
dirty fast um then I was supposed to
start my dry fast
oMG I really messed up and what I did
was I was feeling so hungry I think it’s
cuz I’ve been doing so much exercise and
my period started Saturday I think
between those two things I just my body
wanted food so I said you’re gonna eats
but you’re gonna make it smart so I’m
gonna have the picture of that meal I
had before work I had oh in Saturday I
worked 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. so I think I
had something to do with how it was full
on the next day too I got a lot of sleep
Saturday night though
okay so Sam Sunday okay so I made card
for the first time I like it two pieces
of card a sweet potato with cheese sour
cream and salsa two pickles and cottage
cheese that was my meal I was like if
you could just do this you’re gonna be
successful in my mind I’m changing from
fast to a healthy Omad with nutrients
cuz my body needed nutrients got to work
my clients were eating and I ended up
messing up then I had to travel to give
my kids I got something on the way to
get them okay so I really messed up
Sunday but I still don’t think it was a
binge but it was not good at all
okay so I did not weigh myself on day
six cuz I didn’t want to know what it
was and I was very unhappy with myself
okay so that was they six Sunday then
yesterday was supposed to be 800 calorie
omad that didn’t happen I cheated in a
good way because I had a Oh mad and I
didn’t even have a oh man I had a snack
only I don’t know why I don’t know if I
was feeling a little down about things
in life again or friend this wasn’t
hungry because I had that big meal the
day before I don’t know but what I had
was these Velveeta blueberry um
breakfast biscuits 230 calories I had
one and a half packs so yesterday is omad is that an 800 was 345 yeah I think
that’s right 345 calories um no that’s
wrong but you know what I mean
230 plus 115 okay and then I did go to
the gym a little bit yesterday did
walking and some sauna stuff so this
morning’s weigh-in is 226 that’s
horrible I’m not laughing cuz this is
cute or funny I don’t know why I’m
laughing because I’m not making progress
okay
I was too 20.6 on day two and now
right back in the same place the only
good thing is I’m not back to 228 today
it’s supposed to be um omad
1200 calories I don’t know I’m just
trying hard not to just quit my 28th
challenge I don’t want to quit it um I’m
having a hard time getting back to doing
what I’m supposed to do with each day um
so that’s what it is and I’m gonna try
to work out more now I’m feeling way
better
my parents still here I did just get
back from swimming I need to stay and
start my day right and I need to just
try to be happy productive and focused
