hi its Mieka fasting weight loss I just
came out of the sauna and this is day 3 check in
and that is Nicki speaks over there
let’s see I’m just gonna tell you really
quick what I ate yesterday and what
exercise I did I had omad
OMAD and this is another accident I
had I guess I think it was gonna be my
snack I think I was gonna do Omad plus
a snack so I ended up have the
picture at the end I ended up having
sriracha sriracha tuna sriracha tuna
package of fiber fiber one protein bar
and that was my omad okay and then I
made my kids a meal it was ground beef on
the bottom and I took like eight eggs
and I mixed it with a pack of vegetarian
jiffy and I put it over the top of the
beef and that was their dinner and I
there was some ground beef left I had
about four bites of ground beef oh my
gosh I hope you guys can hear me with
this yeah so I had four bites of ground
beef and that little tiny bit of stuff I
didn’t take a picture of the ground beef
but it was like 4 tablespoons of
ground beef and that was that night and
then the other one was at work the other
the Omad meal which was really a snack
was the meal OMAD so I’m not doing my weight today please check him this is day 3
check-in and oh what exercise did i do. oh I did 45 I did with Nikkie Speaks! no yesterday this is day 3 check in
yesterday I did
to 3 15-minute sessions in the sauna
yeah did I do anything did I go swimming? No that’s today. Is that all I did?
morning we went to plan a fitness I did
43 minutes on the treadmill and 3
massages and that’s it yeah that’s what
I do yesterday so yesterday was
excellent
today is another story though but
day three was great how did you do thank
