No Sweetener Challenge Review | Keto Diet

what is going on YouTube day 21 the no
sweetener diet or sorry no
sweetener challenge completed it is
I don’t know what time it is at night
both girls sleep and so my days almost
over
21 days no additional sweeteners and
then this coming to you live for my
laundry room got a nice background look
at the punches oh it’s laundry room
stuff so 21 days no sweetener like I
mentioned it’s over so what some
takeaways what’s the things I might
change well one thing that I know let’s
go change is I cannot stand having my
coffee with no sweetener I mean I know
the big scheme of things make that bad
man I really like that touch of
sweetness to get rid of that bitterness
so that was nice I enjoy it
one thing that I did know it is one
thing one of changes I’m gonna figure
out how to get more water in without
resorting to any kind of water enhancers

that’s the trying to keep most of that
sweetener out most of it does not use
what we call good sweeteners the
sucralose was an ace ke which stands for
asshole faint potassium
stuff like that stuff that most people
say well if my stevia or a month fruit
so I’m like that so shouldn’t use it I
don’t know it just tasted real good and
it’s a way to get in water so that was
that something we’re going to use some
fruit might not anything craziest
blending the line you know putting that
in the water a little flavor
I do like the sparkling waters they are
very tasty so I’ll probably keep buying
those
the step brand Perry air Perrier
whatever as tasty ro tasty like the
flavor comes to a lot more than that
brand of water I do like it
I’m like a scientist I’m not sure how
the carbonation placing the things but I
don’t know still good so I think we want
to keep it keep my sweetener usage down
to hot beverages weren’t coffee I’ll I
drink coffee in the morning so I usually
only drink coffee through the mornings
they tea
I do like tea green teas mostly but you
boil miss with some black teas also but
I like to drink those in the afternoon
in place of T in case them I’m cold for
some reason I really want some tea drink
me some tea besides that thing we want
to keep my sweeties is down as far as
weight loss the sweeteners didn’t really
we not using sweeteners maybe the resort
to using fatty or foods inside it you
know I didn’t watch my calorie and take
like a shit of so you’re really losing
weight this morning I was too baby to
seventy nine point eight so I’m like
that so weird it away I’m not sure
Philippe I know yesterday I didn’t I was
279 point eight which is essentially 280
so gotta tighten down that but you know
I didn’t gain the 1008 which is awesome
which is awesome
they lose the tone which is okay you can
get only three weeks so realistically I
don’t look at losing possibly six pounds
I mean that was it so you know no big
deal so yeah
so that’s thought of a sweet tooth I
think it’s a little better now but I was
tilling something sweet in a heartbeat
yeah I made my wife some pumpkin
cheesecake fat bombs yeah last night I
made one without sweet there was this
pumpkin cheesecake and butter it was
okay but now I really could taste the
pumpkin does happily sugar in it I
actually did it tastes a little
sweetness of pumpkin which is pretty
cool don’t you know the biggest notice
how the biggest thing I’ve noticed and
physical changes are the taste buds
taste sweeter things a lot more well
things that aren’t suis that tastes the
little sweetness that are in it should
say that so that’s pretty neat but yeah
when you know overall wasn’t too
difficult enough I came into a thinking
man’s monster I want to eat all these
sweet things but actually even with the
wife and the kids you know they have
their little honey nut cheerios you know
sometimes like this grab one I’ll keep
my little one table by yours whooping no
you little by the yogurt nope stayed
away from it all I was very timid
I’m surprised honestly but yeah 21 days
if you if you don’t if you think you
have a sweet tooth think you can’t
overcome something think maybe your
sweet sweeteners are taking you
off-track I suggested getting rid of you
for a few weeks see what happens never
know but that’s all I got today
Challenge is over tomorrow morning I’m
gonna be excited to get me some
sweetener my coffee not interviews that
much anyway I’ll only use a tablespoon
measured in tablespoon not this poor and
see now this is measured been exact but
yeah on to the normal programming
whatever that means got a lot of topics
I’m going to talk about gonna interview
the wife eventually you know over 100
pounds lost in Kido there’s some other
random stuff I’m not sure if I mentioned
this before
got a little Kido rap in the mix
it’s like 95 percent completed can’t
figure out how to end it but it’s to the
song to the music of 99 problems with
jay-z I’m sure you’re familiar with it
very popular song back in the day back
when I was too young to be listening in
that mess that’s what that was but yeah
