My HAIR LOSS story – how I fought it + hair growth tips (Keto + Fasting Hair loss)

Today’s video we’re going to be talking about hair loss. I know hair loss… hair loss on keto,
intermittent fasting, eating carnivore or
just fasting in general.
So I know for myself as a woman.
I mean our hair is really important to us and I’m sure you guys out there your hair is just as important as well.
But when you’re on these diets.
Hair loss does
happen. Now the reason that I’m making this video. I get a lot of DM’s…a lot of emails from you guys. Comments
sometimes the emails you guys are freaking out. You’re basically losing your hair. Your hair is falling out.
It’s shedding a lot.
You don’t know what’s going on and you’re basically asking me for help as to what to do with
all of this hair that you’re now seeing in the shower. Today I wanted to
explain what’s going on with that? And also I wanted to give you guys some tips as to how to prevent it and
I also think this video is important for people that have watched my videos on fasting and you’re interested in
starting a fasting focused lifestyle or you’re interested in keto or intermittent fasting or whatever.

fnd out what can potentially happen to your hair.
Alright, so enough rambling. I know I ramble in my videos and I’m working on that. I really am. Okay!
Let’s get started. So the reason why you might be noticing
that you are losing hair. Lots more shedding.
You might even think you’re going bald.
The reason is…it is the rapid weight loss.
You are
basically losing weight very quickly and your body is in panic mode and I have done videos about this
where I’ve explained that when you
start to lose weight quickly your body goes into panic mode and it’s even pretty much going through a panic attack while you are
losing all of this week so quickly.
So it doesn’t matter what diet you’re doing. You could be doing keto you could do a paleo you could be doing carnivore.
You could just be doing like a calorie restricted diet. It doesn’t matter as long as you are losing weight very quickly.
You may see
some hair loss. The two are absolutely connected.
Weight loss believe it or not causes stress to the body and
it’s the stress that causes the hair to fall out. Do not stress about this. It happens to most people and
I have a confession to make it happened to me. Both pictures
show a week’s worth of hair fall out slash
shedding.
The then picture was when I was experiencing rapid weight loss.
The now picture shows today.
Everything has settled down.
Trust me. Trust me guys this
hair loss that you’re experiencing will only last for about
Three to six months. It only occurred. My hair loss only occurred for about three months.
So I have some tips for you guys what you can do in the meantime.
When you are seeing that you are losing your hair. Your hair is shedding rapidly. Number One thing that you can use is biotin.
I hope I’m saying that right. It is really good for hair and nails.
I find that I’m cutting my hair… my nails now every two weeks because my nails are just going growing
too long.
If you don’t want to use that supplement, you can always just try to get it in your diet.
Go for a really fatty fish,
eggs,
berries,
avocado.
Things like that and I’ll link
the biotin that I use… in the description below and I’ll also link some literature that you can also read if you are interested.
Number two… number two.
Protein: Try to eat enough protein…
up that protein.
That is really good for hair as well.
Number three:
Three!
Stress, I know your hair is falling out. Your hair is shedding. You’re seeing it in the shower. You’re stressed out.
So just try to reduce your stress. I know my saying … try to reduce your stress.
It’s probably not helping you… is what you’re thinking right now, but trust me.
If you’re stressed out about losing your hair,
adding more stress to that isn’t going to help your situation. So just try to relax.
Tell yourself that this is only a temporary thing.
Your hair is going to get back on its normal track again and
just to do some things for yourself that will help you to relax.
Maybe do some yoga. Go for a walk. Maybe meditation helps as well.
Yeah, so trying to do those sort of things
should help you to relax. Oh, yeah. Just try to try to chill chill…
to help with the situation and number four
ensure that you are getting adequate
electrolytes if you’re doing keto… carnivore
diets like that. Your body is constantly flushing out electrolytes. So ensure that
you are getting and maybe a supplement or maybe in the foods that you eat.
Just just make sure that you are getting that in your body.
There’s some really great supplements in the markets
for electrolytes as well.
So number five: Something that came across by accident that really helps with hair is
molasses.
The wholesome molasses, but I have gone through some changes
with I’m using blackstrap molasses.
It has quite a bit of sugar in it. So if you are doing a low carb diet or keto.
This
blackstrap molasses is not going to be a great alternative for you.
But if you’re not doing those types of diets and you can allow the molasses.
It is great for hair. It has
amazing, it has wonderful vitamins and minerals in it that help.
But what I am now using is I’m using.
I’ll show you.
The gray hair rescind.
That’s what I’m using now for my hair.
If you haven’t seen my video on gray hair rescind. I will link it down below, but just to sum how quickly I was using
blackstrap molasses to reverse my graying hair, but I had to stop due to the fact that I’ve changed my diet.
I’m now doing low carb diet. So I’ve moved on to the gray hair rescind to replace it and that absolutely
has helped my hair.
As well and it is a great alternative for you if you are
also experiencing gray hair
coupled with
shedding hair loss. That is a really good alternative.
And I will also link that in the description below.
My husband also uses gray hair rescind.
Look at how his hair has darkened and reverted back to his original natural color.

yes, I can still see some gray, but I think this is a pretty good start. I
eat one meal a day. I do all night all that stands for one meal a day. Now
it is absolutely essential if you are doing omad or intermittent fasting
that you look into taking a really good multivitamin
and especially if you are just eating one meal a day.
Sometimes it can be really hard to get in all of all of the
essential vitamins and minerals that you need within that
small window of eating. So what I do.
I kind of cheat the system a little bit by taking a really good multivitamin.
Now this is the multivitamin that I take.
I hope that you guys can see that. So if I cover my face it should not
it shouldn’t blur. So there it is. So this is the vitamin that I take and
oh, I just want to show you guys the back. What is all in it? And
this is an amazing
multivitamin. I feel that a good multivitamin is essential.
It can be difficult to get essential vitamins during my one meal. I find that it is extremely difficult to do that.
So to sum up if you are doing omad. I recommend that you take a multivitamin.
This is the
multi-max and it is from like vitality and it is a very reputable brand.
It states to take three per day.
I take.. when I first started taking it I started with 1 and then 2…then 3.
This vitamin is
amazing and I highly recommend it. Now moving on to the carnivore diet. And I know this is a very very controversial
area that I’m stepping into. I have done the carnivore diet myself. So I feel like I can’t speak on this.
There are some carnivores that do not take any sort of supplements any vitamins because they feel that everything is within the
the meat that they’re eating. However, I feel that
if you are
doing a one meal a day sort of situation with carnivore. Like I did I do not feel that that
amount that I was eating was enough and I do feel that I was missing out on a lot of
essential
minerals and vitamins.
So I do feel that
if I were to do the carnivore diet again, I would definitely be
definitely sticking with my multivitamin
and I mean like I
say you do carnivore. Do it your way if you want to carnivore and you don’t want to add
any supplements don’t add supplements. I for one I am very Pro supplements. So I will be adding
supplements to my
regiment of the carnivore diet.

So to sum up: the reason why you are experiencing this hair loss hair shedding
extreme hair shedding is
because you are losing weight rapidly.
So I’ve given you some tips as to how to help you.
Deal with this while it’s happening. It is a temporary situation, so don’t worry and
