My First Meal After 3 Days Of Fasting

Hey guys so it’s a 9 a.m right now. I
just finished walking at the gym for one
hour. So it’s about probably
about 12-13 hours into my fast right now
and I’m gonna be fasting for a number of
days. So basically this is the first
checkup just to see how I’m feeling.
Right now I feel pretty normal, you know?
I just woke up, kind of tired, drinking on
this coffee just trying to wake up a bit.
I’m trying to get myself into ketosis as
quickly as possible by walking on the
treadmill and walking to the gym. So I’ll
keep you guys updated. About 12-13 hours in
right now and this should be fun. All
right guys,
so definitely entering ketosis now it’s
about the 16-hour mark,
starting to feel really energetic, really
clear-headed and yeah definitely
entering ketosis. So this is around the
time you know five six hours after this
when I would start to eat so it’s going
to be interesting to see how
I feel after that 24-hour mark so
I’ll keep you up to date. Hey guys um I’m
about 50 hours into my fast now. I’m just
going for a jog just taking a bit of a
break right now. But I feel great it’s so weird I haven’t
eaten anything for 50 hours and I have
so much energy! Yeah I’ll keep you
guys up to date. Alright. Hey guys
65 hours into the fast now. Little
bit hungry now, but still feeling okay
still feeling like I have a lot of
energy and i’m getting a lot of work done
because I don’t have to waste time
preparing food. But still feel really
good, so it’s the 65-hour mark.
I’m still not completely sure how much longer I’m going to fast for. It’s been good so far,
it’s been a good experience, so we’ll see
if I can make it another another ten
hours – it should be fine it’s not that
bad – and then I can show you what I’m
gonna eat because I’m gonna make a huge meal.
Alright guys here’s a bit of a physique
update at around hour 59.
Still looking decent even though
I’ve lost a lot of weight. About five or
six hours out from me breaking my fast
and I just took a shower now and now I’m
just chilling out and I’m gonna do some
more work definitely not gonna exercise
today, but I’m not even gonna lie I’m
really hungry now so I’m really keen for
some food, but I’m gonna wait it out I’m
gonna wait out the it’s gonna be three
days in total – it’s not too long but I
mean it’s considered a prolonged fast
after about 48 hours – so it’s been good,
it’s been good, I guess I’ll wrap it up
at the end and show you what I eat. But
yeah about five or six hours left and
then I can indulge in some food which
will be fun. But definitely hungry now
I’m not gonna lie about that. I’m about to eat and I can’t wait.
Ooohh, this is gonna be goooood. Check this out. 72-73 hours later, this is what we’ve got for dinner.
That’s it. Done!
That was the most delicious meal of my
life. So it’s been like 24 hours now
since I had that meal and the fasting
experience went really well. Three days
was fine. It wasn’t actually that
difficult. The last few hours I was a bit
hungry but it’s definitely something I’m
going to do in the future again. So
within the next few days or within the
next week I’m going to make a video
about how prolonged fasting actually
changes your body and changes your mind
and why it’s potentially a good thing to
do if you want to decrease the rate of
aging you’re experiencing and just improve a lot of physiological markers
