Monday and Thursday Fasting Sunnah – Fasting Weight Loss Journey 2019

hi it’s Mieka Fasting weight loss and
today is day six of my OMAD one meal a day
TMAD two meals a day in my 6 36 hour
fast week plan so far man I should
have wrote what I did each thing so far
I’m doing great
I’ve been doing an alternate day fasting
36-hour fast in between a OMAD I
feel like this is very aggressive and I
like that I want to be disciplined like
in every area of life because if I was
disciplined all of the stress I’m go I’m
going to five different stresses right
now if I was a disciplined person and
listen to all the quotes and implemented
all the videos you guys I watch so much
motivational stuff I watch so much
business stuff I watch so much fasting
stuff I don’t implement and I really
believe most of the time whatever
problem we have is our foot my car is
still not working it’s sitting at my job
I took a cab home yesterday I’m taking a
cab to work this morning um I mean I
have severe money problems right now so
a cab is not even what I should be doing
but my only really other choice is for
my mother who’s visiting on a trip to
drive thirty five minutes from my
brother’s house to me to take me to work
which is that’s dumb so I’m just gonna
pay for a cab but I’m not complaining
I’m not whining and I’m actually happy
because when you’re at your lowest
that’s when you turn to God if you’re
religious that’s when you are forced to
don’t be lazy and procrastinate like I
have to get it together and I’m happy
about that my kids are at camp I’m like
I need to focus okay so I’m gonna give
you my 36 hour fast results I’m going to
tell you what I’m gonna do today and I’m
gonna tell you what exercise are there
yesterday um okay and I’m going to tell
you about
Monday and Thursday fasting okay I need
to write that down yeah Monday and thursday fasting
is for religious
purposes a lot of Muslims
monday and thursday fast this is my new goal
I want to dry fast
um Mondays and Thursdays but I could
have I could have a meal before the
first / starts and I can have a meal
when the fourth prayer begins like
that’s the period of dry fasting I don’t
know the exact hours I’ll tell you when
I I guess if I do it I’ll tell you okay
um so it’s intermittent dry fasting but
Mondays and Thursdays is the Sunnah
um the way of our prophet muhammad
salallahu alaihe solar so I just decided
I’m doing all this fasting for weight loss
but weight loss is not most
important in my life okay
and because I’m at a low kind of I’m
feeling better today
let me double-dip and give benefits of
weight loss and benefits of religion
okay so what did I eat nothing let’s see
what exercise that I do none I did I
don’t know I don’t work is not exercise
for me but it’s activity and I worked
all day long all the way from 10:00 a.m.
I was at work all the way to probably
9:00
8:45 at night that was my workday so
yeah that’s all I did I was too
exhausted with no food and working all
day I was not trying to exercise and I
don’t have to the day I do my six my
36-hour fast I don’t have to so I’m
gonna eat right now
um and I’m gonna jump back into a
36-hour fast that’s doesn’t sound
exciting but I have to get the six in
within the two weeks okay tomorrow my
goal was to nineteen but I don’t know if
that’s gonna happen because I feel like
the only way I can make that happen is
if I Drive fast and I’m feeling a little
weak I want to drink my snake juice
electrolyte mix um all day and it’s
gonna have pink Himalayan salt no salt
which is for a potassium it’s gonna have
bacon soda and I’m gonna make two
different kinds one is gonna have
cayenne pepper added and one is gonna be
playing with the snake juice and another
bottle is gonna be plain water period so
I get feel like I’m having three
different types of drinks I tell you
guys every time I like variety so my
meal today after this one which I’ll
tell you tomorrow what I ate today
God willing it’s gonna be variety it’s
gonna make me happy so my 36 hour omad alternate day fasting weight loss
results to twenty four point zero that’s
minus two point six I’m happy with that
and I don’t have to move faster than
that I don’t have to be 219 by tomorrow
because that would be five whole pounds
I’m not yeah are you guys I’m not trying
to do all that this is a fast enough
rate I’m happy with that
