Low Carb Thousand Island Dressing – Keto

July 24, 2019 27 By William Morgan

Welcome all! Papa G here. Today I present
a recipe that will rival any high carbohydrate
store-bought version. My low carbohydrate
Thousand Island dressing. At less than
half a carbohydrate per tablespoon, you’ll be able
to enjoy this dressing on not just
salads, but with some of your favorite
sandwiches as well. Let’s get started…
This is a very simple recipe that begins
with about a quarter cup of mayonnaise.
We’ll add some dill pickle relish. Be
sure it’s dill relish and not the sweet
variety. We don’t need any extra sugar or
carbohydrates. Next, add some reduced sugar
ketchup; some plain white vinegar; a
little salt; onion powder; garlic powder;
and give it a mix to combine. I almost
forgot, but be sure to take the edge off
of the vinegar with about four drops of
EZ Sweetz or about four teaspoons of
any liquid sugar substitute. Pour into a bowl;
cover and refrigerate for at least
thirty minutes and it’ll thicken nicely.
If you’ve missed having Thousand Island
dressing on your low carbohydrate diet, then you
