for dark chocolate pudding.
It’s a creamy, deep, dark chocolate dessert
with no added sugar.
It’s delightful and can be ready to eat
in just five minutes.
So let’s get it started!
First, we’ll need our hero ingredient, Organic
cacao powder.
Welcome to Hungry Gopher, Gopher is hungry
for dark chocolate pudding.
It’s a creamy, deep, dark chocolate dessert
with no added sugar.
It’s delightful and can be ready to eat
in just five minutes.
So let’s get it started!
First, we’ll need our hero ingredient, Organic
cacao powder.
Let’s add a ¼ cup of this to a medium sized
glass jar.
This cacao powder has been found to be one
of the best sources of antioxidants
on the planet. It is also loaded with nutrients
which can improve health
and lower the risk of heart disease.
Next, let’s add in a well ripened banana.
This will act as our natural sugar for the
dish.
Now we’ll add in some additional flavors
to round things out.
Add ½ tsp vanilla extract, some cinnamon
powder, a little bit of nutmeg, and sea salt.
We’re going to use an immersion blender
today.
If you don’t have one available, feel free
to use a blender.
Personally, I have grown to love this tool.
It is easy to use and very easy to clean.

Work this around through your ingredients
and watch them blend
into a creamy dessert.
I have found a wonderful appreciation for
desserts like this that don’t include
such things as dairy and refined sugar.  It
allows me to enjoy them without
subjecting myself to inflammation and skin
irritation. By carefully choosing
what I eat and eliminating high inflammatory
foods from my diet
I have successfully eliminated prescription
drugs from my diet.
I’m going to garnish this with a nice sprig
of fresh peppermint, today.
It adds a wonderful visual appeal, and it
also tastes good.
This is a garnish I recommend eating along
with the pudding.
Yum – Let’s see how we did!
It’s creamy, with rich dark chocolate with
a semi sweetness that suits me just right.
