common supplies required for a low
carb way of eating in the pantry we’ve
got almond butter without sugar almond
flour or ground almonds sliced almonds

cereal for your low carb cereal which
there’s a lot of recipes out there
coffee and coffee syrups Torani
sugar-free brown sugar flavor I use that
instead of brown sugar because I have
not found a brown sugar that is
sugar-free and low carb
xanthan gum we use for thickening things
like puddings and gravies cream of
tartar for stabilizing stabilizing your
egg whites when you beat them heavy
whipping cream dry yeast erythritol sweetener are all
granulated and I think they also make a
powder but for the powdered you can just
put the granulated into a blender and
that will make it into a powder
flaxseed golden is preferable unflavored
gelatin like Knox hazelnuts Lindt 70 to
85 percent cocoa chocolate bar
sugar-free maple syrup Walden Farms jams
I use those the most because there’s zero
carbs you could also use the smuckers
sugar-free but they have more carbs the
walden

are zero carbs like for marinating meats
and they also have ice cream toppings
that are sugar-free and zero carbs okay

pork rinds and these are just the plain
ones I use those instead of chips and
eat with sour cream and there’s zero carbs
also you can crush them and use them
instead of breading on your meats
sunflower butter called Sun butter and
the sugar free kind of course people
that are allergic just to nuts can
use the sunflower butter that’s made out
of sunflower seeds
pecans sesame seeds stevia blend
sucralose liquid or Stevia I just use
the the stevia I use that most of all
whey protein powder vanilla or
unflavored the zero carb kind which is
called I Isopure ,whole raw almonds okay
we already got the thickener xylitol is
one I use but be careful if you have a
dog that’s very poisonous to animals
alfredo sauce make your own check

recommend berries and that is when you
have your blood sugar controlled and
it’s under 120 so then we have the
berries strawberries blueberries
raspberries and cranberries I found that
I can eat like three or four strawberries
without
a spike to my blood sugar okay
