Low Carb Gluten Free Pancakes (RECIPE Using Almond Flour)【グルテンフリー】小麦粉を使わない低炭水化物パンケーキだよっ！
Hate those carbs but craving pancakes?
That’s exactly how I feel today,
which is why we’re making my low carb pancakes.
Let’s get started!
For these pancakes, we’ll need 1 cup of almond flour,
two eggs, a teaspoon of baking soda and a teaspoon of sweetener such as stevia,
1/4 cup of water, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
(TRANSCRIBER’S NOTE: 1/4=a quarter)
First things first, let’s combine the dry ingredients into a bowl.
So in goes the almond flour, baking soda, and sweetener of your choice.
Now we’re gonna crack two eggs into the mix.
After you’ve done that, let’s add our water.
Finally, don’t forget to add your pinch of salt.
Let’s give it a good mix around until the ingredients are well-incorporated.
This is the consistency that we’re looking for.
Now, let’s add a little oil to our frying pan, and use a paper towl to distribute the oil evenly.
Then, we’ll pour about 1 to 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake,
and cook them on medium heat for about 3 minutes.
Once the edges start to dry out and there are surface bubbles,
flip them over and cook them for another minute or until they are done.
These pancakes are gonna be on the thin side, but don’t worry. They’re totally fine.
Continue cooking up the rest of your batter until they are all done.
Now, if you’re making a big batch,
you can keep your pancakes in a warm oven while you finish cooking them.
Now, these pancakes are much more dense than regular ones, so you really don’t need a big portion.
Also, if you’re watching your carbs,
you can enjoy them with fresh berries and your favourite low carb syrup.
I like mine with some butter and maple syrup, or even jam.
These panckaes are lower in carbs, but believe me, they are tasty.
They’re also gluten free, so they’re perfect for those who want to avoid wheat. Enjoy!
I’ve tried a whole bunch of different recipes for making low carb pancakes,
and I find that they always turn out great when you use almond flour. Here, I’m going to take a bite right now.
I much prefer eating these pancakes over the regular ones, just because…
they don’t bloat me up and I feel so much better throughout the day.
I love pancakes – don’t get me wrong, the regular flour kind.
But they just weigh me down and make me so sleepy afterwards.
These don’t do that to you.
