Good Morning y’all so today is Monday
therefore it’s cardio day even though I
love like absolutely love weight lifting
cardio is still important for me because
I can gain weight like this and plus I’m
still in the process of trying to lose weight
so yeah about to kill this workout
okay y’all so the plan is to do 45
minutes of cardio on the elliptical so
let me stop talking and let me go ahead
and get into this workout
okay y’all so as you could see I only did
like 30 some minutes on the elliptical and
the reason is because I’m on my period yay
my body was honestly telling me I was
doing too much y’all and so I just stopped
I was like okay I’m just gonna stop and
go home but I did it make it to burning
200 calories so that’s great I’m proud
of that but yeah I just had to stop it
today I will say that even though I am a
fury at y’all I’m not really bloating
that much as you can see and that is
because of keto like since I’ve been
consistent on keto I really don’t bloat
anymore my periods have gotten better so
much better y’all so yeah I just wanted to
tell you all that when I was like high
carb or even just like eating whatever I
wanted to eat y’all I supposed so much
it would be so bad when I was on my
period like I used to look like I was
pregnant I never understood that but
it’s because of what I was putting into
my body I can truly now say that you are
what you eat and it’s so important to
watch what you put into your body and so
yeah I just want to say all that so let
me leave out of here and stop talking
okay also this is the first thing about
to eat I’m already cooking y’all but
I’m just hungry and I just could not
wait and I’m currently working on a new
YouTube video
one eternity later
first meal of the day you also have three
pieces of baked chicken a mixture of
broccoli and cauliflower two scrambled
eggs and then some bacon that you can
barely see like I told y’all I was I’m
working on a YouTube video so I kind of like burnt my food just a little bit and yes
I did have a timer on my food y’all but
I was like okay I can just wait like
three more minutes y’all three minutes
turned into like 10 minutes and I was
like oh my gosh what’s going on but yeah
I’m gonna eat this food oh yes I’m
definitely gonna eat my food and to
drink y’all I’m going to have my
sugar-free Powerade Zero in the flavor
mixed berry about to have this
peanut butter fat bomb that I made y’all and as
you can see it has a little bit of the
unsweetened coconut flakes on top of it
and there’s just like a little bit of
chocolate in this as well
good morning y’all so today is Wednesday
therefore it is my lower body day so
excited because I’m really trying to
grow my peach y’all but right now my
workout routine is three days upper body
and two days lower body and the reasoning
behind that for me is because my
upper body is just so stubborn the fat
does not want to leave at all so that’s
why I have three days uh providing in
two days lower body even though I really
want to still grow my peach
that’s just my current routine right now
okay y’all so first meal of the day I have one steak with a little bit of
extra oil on it because you know we eat
high fat over here then I have two eggs
two bacon strips one whole avocado three
strawberries and to drink I have my coke
zero I’m about to have the halo top
dairy-free pancakes and waffles ice cream
I’ve tried this before and I hated
it but I basically just wanted to give
it another try and hopefully I like it I
don’t know we’ll see
hey y’all so here’s my updated review so
I think it doesn’t taste as bad as I
remember it to be but it doesn’t taste
like pancakes and waffles it just tastes
like syrup in my opinion so I mean I
don’t want to waste my carbs on just
eating syrup cuz it just tastes too
sweet maybe it’s because I’ve been doing
keto like consistently for a while and
like a lot of sweet stuff is just too
sweet for me like this ice cream is just
too sweet for me so I’m just gonna have
something else instead

here just like I said editing and I’m
over here drinking my apple cider
vinegar and water so disgusting I ran
out of lemons
Wow! My notifications are just going crazy
right now but I ran out of lemons
yesterday and I did not go to the store
today to get some lemons so oh my gosh
drinking just apple cider vinegar and water
is just so horrible like who came up
with this like I honestly didn’t even
plan on drinking the apple cider vinegar
and water today because I typically do
it in the morning but since I don’t have
my lemons I was like I’m not doing it
because I love myself too much so I’m
not gonna drink that that’s just
disgusting but while I was editing I was
like girl you know you need to drink it
so I’m over here drinking it
Not happy about it at all but anywho y’all if

personally I like watching YouTube
videos well I mean I just like watching
YouTube videos period like I really
watched YouTube more than TV now but um
I definitely like watching longer videos
when I’m at the gym like a nice little
cardio day just sit there and just watch
some videos like yeah I even watched
YouTube videos when I’m like cooking
like that’s basically why I’m over here
like burning my food now like I mean let
me stop lying cuz I was doing it before
so that’s nothing new have you guys
noticed I got my nails done so three of
them go from yellow to white and then
the other to go from white to yellow and
there was glare on all of them but I
just was like in I took them off took
like the little glitter part off so now
glitter is only on my pinky fingers now
y’all I don’t know why I did that like I
was bored and I was like let me just do
something so yeah I just thought yellow
would be great because you know it’s
spring time or whatever so yeah yellow
makes me happy so yeah I don’t know
