Hey YouTube Fam! So today’s gonna be
interesting because your girl is filming
two videos in one day oh my gosh who am
i anymore now today’s video is going to
be a lazy keto day of eating type video
I’ve had my apple cider vinegar and
lemon and water already this morning
*Rolls Eyes*
then on top of that y’all I already had
16 ounces of water like I feel so
hydrated right now today’s workout is
going to be a lower body workout so let
me stop talking and let’s head over to
the gym
Alright y’all, so I warmed up with a
little 25 plates over there but now about
to use the 45 plates on both sides
yay cuz we’re trying to get some gains
over here let me stop but seriously we
are
this year we are first we was hungry for
the title now we quench them that dose
he was on your best behavior yeah we are
not worse killing killing the
competition rolling around in a hearse
her life is like chess except it ain’t a
game some pawns remain pawn some pawn to
come
okay y’all so I’m here at the post
office hopefully fingers crossed my

ahead and start opening it because I
really do want to try some of the keto
friendly snacks this month

Hey y’all so… Omg! (Laughs)
Babes and I we’re about to go see Aquaman here
at the movie theater I got a few
keto friendly snacks so y’all I’m bringing
with me the Jack Link’s bacon jerky
thick cut hickory smoked bacon and I’m
so ashamed to admit this y’all but I’ve
already started eating the Lilly’s dark
chocolate almond chocolate bar so it’s
not really that much love but we gonna
make it do what I do here in the movie
theater and then babes has the sweet
teriyaki beef jerky he’s not doing keto
but he did at least Oh we’ll be eating
beef jerky with me so that makes me
happy
and y’all here are my tickets to
see Aquaman and I did sneak in my
sugar-free powerade zero
but don’t tell anybody well y’all we are
going to Section three to see Aquaman
yeah I did not get anything to drink
babes got him some like what cherry coke
or whatever I’m not drinking it I’m
staying with my sugar free poewrade zero
I know like some people they feel bad
about sneaking snacks into the movie
theater I don’t understand why cuz I
don’t know
tonight y’all I’m gonna have
one of these fat bombs that I attempted
to make it has chocolate peanut butter and
a little bit of unsweetened coconut
flakes on top of them but you really
can’t see it but it’s there
hey y’all so editing version of myself
coming in I really do hope y’all enjoyed
my lazy keto day of eating wasn’t the
best choices of food really but you know
sometimes like you’re not gonna be able
to just cook all the time you know life
happens that’s why I say it’s lazy keto
because I’m not like a perfect person on
keto and like I hate it when people try
to make it seem like there’s like a
certain way you have to do keto when
everyone does keto differently we are
honestly all at different stages on our
keto journey some are new to it some
have been doing it longer anywho y’all
like I said I brought in some
keto/low-carb friendly snacks into the movie
theater and I don’t feel bad about it at
all like nope not at all you know I
understand how some people feel I guess
bad about doing it but I’m not one of
them the way I feel about it if we end
up going to a CLL for sneaking in snacks
y’all the whole world is doomed I
do hope you all enjoyed me sharing my
lower body workout with y’all have y’all
noticed like the booty getting a little
higher up and stuff like I don’t know
how to act right now y’all I’m really
feeling myself.
and it’s still crazy though y’all
cuz sometimes I feel like I’m still over
200 pounds and it’s just something I
have to work with mentally or whatever I
feel like I’m slowly starting to love
myself more and just shedding all of
those like insecurities or whatever that
I have and I really do love it like I’m
loving the person that I’m becoming and
that’s why I say like keto isn’t just
helping me like physically but it’s
helping me mentally and socially like
I’m still like an introvert your whole
heart like I really am but um I’ve
become like starting to talk to more
people like Wow about the old me know
never have even done that like honestly
I know that in this video my calories
weren’t even close to what they should
have been but it’s okay because you know
every day you’re not gonna hit your
numbers like I try my best to like show
y’all the real side of it like I’m not
happy all the time regarding my
weight loss journey like sometimes I
don’t want to go to the gym I show y’all
that sometimes I don’t want to eat
healthy sometimes I just you know just
don’t want to do anything like you know
and it happens I definitely want to push
the whole thing of appreciating any and
all aspects of your journey because I
know it’s a struggle for me like even
just say in the beginning me on keto
better yet me going to the gym y’all oh
my gosh
I couldn’t do nearly half of what I’m
doing now by me lifting weights y’all my
other body still a little you know weak
but I’m over here like lifting it like
50 60 some pounds on my upper body
before y’all I was only lifting like 20
pounds like it had like you would
definitely improve and don’t try to do
it like if you’re just starting out in
the gym please please don’t try to go
hard cuz if you try to go hard you’re
gonna feel just slowly gradually get
into it and you will see progress even
when I’m trying to like get on I don’t
even know what the machine is called
dang it I really don’t know but whatever
it is when I’m like trying to work my
non-existent abs y’all I used to could
only do ten now y’all I’m over here
doing like 30 40 like you know let me get
off my high horse cuz I don’t even start
out being able to do 10 like my core was
so like weak y’all I was going like 5
and I was like whoo
and I was just so proud of being able to
just do those five y’all and now like
I’m like killing it in my opinion right
now I’m killing it but like that’s why
but listen I like recommend to everybody
like document your keto weight loss journey
or whatever weight loss journey
you are on. Make sure you document it even
if you are not comfortable with putting
it on YouTube or Instagram put it like
just take some pictures or do videos
for yourself like I have some old videos
of myself maybe I’ll show that to y’all
oh my god that’s so embarrassing
it’s embarrassing but it would be
definitely hilarious just know gosh one
thing that I have started doing is
saying at least one thing positive about
my body
you know we concentrate on losing weight
and all this stuff and criticizing or
critiquing our body but you know you
gotta appreciate the progress and like
that’s what I’ve definitely been trying
to do more up because I don’t want to
just like look at this yeah my neck
is getting smaller
