Today I’m going to make Korean fusion food

I know some of you made kimchi at home
This is kimchi
In the refrigerator I just fermented for 2 weeks
Tastes pungent, strong flavor
chop it up in to small pieces
This is beef hot dog
I’m going to score this hot dog
When I lived in Toronto, there is a really huge bus station
One day, I was so hungry there
the hog dog vendor was selling this
He scored this in front of me
and really like the charcoal
really looked delicious
Especially when this is cooked
it looks like flower, really pretty
In Toronto bus terminal, he’s still selling , I think
and then onions
So, let’s cook!
Put some little oil, cooking oil
Buns also cook
So medium heat
lower the heat to medium
So I’m going to the leftover oil, I put it here
Let’s add kimchi
About 1⁄3 cup for 4 hot dogs

And then, I’ll add a pinch of sugar
So, taste is sweet and sour
So, kimchi is cooked now

this chopped onions i’ll just add to the kimchi only
Around 1⁄4 cup
Heat from the kimchi will cook the onions
Now, let’s make hot dog!
Wow, very soft and fluffy
let’s add kimchi
And then, cheese!
More and more and more cheese!
