My Viome results made it very clear that all dairy is causing a certain type of bacteria to over grow in my body that cause mucus and increases the inflamatory pathways, so Im trying to go without dairy again, and I always notice my sinuses clear up just after a few days of no dairy. It did say ghee was ok and does not feed that bad bacteria. My only two other foods to avoid were bananas and oranges which also increase inflammatory pathways. I already knew bananas didnt make me feel good a long time ago and i never eat them. I dont crave oranges much either. What are your thoughts on A1 vs A2 casein? What is the lowest cost test that I can have to see if I have any parasites? My doctor collected my stool and the labs tested me for some pathogens and i didnt have anything they tested for.
