look ya’ll it’s just so beautiful you
can’t really see it though because we
have a big magnolia tree blocking it but
it is beautiful
it’s just really beautiful on this side
good morning y’all so about to start
meditating right now y’all I don’t know
if I’m going to go to the gym today I’m
gonna go to Zumba of course but like
doing leg day today y’all I just don’t
know I’m just not feeling it at all
first meal of the day y’all so I have
three chicken wings with sugar free
ketchup
two scrambled eggs smoked sausage green
beans I cooked everything in coconut oil
for extra fats and to drink I have my
Coke Zero
the drink for Zumba class today is going
to be my thang energy sour hey drink and
I just put some good old Mississippi
water in my old sugar-free part expiry
tree
so this is a nice little keto friendly
easy meal that I got going on so this is
a 5 gram net carb wrap with avocados 1
scrambled egg ground beef and hot sauce
and then I just got green beans over
here y’all because you know obsessed
with that and I’m drinking water lots of
water I really and truly do not know
where this green bean obsession of mine
has come from y’all recently but you
know it’s ok it’s a nice little
obsession it’s not hurting anybody so
yeah
no other day also I have one sake with
two orders of broccoli then to drink I
have my Diet Pepsi
I also have some hot wings and yeah
that’s what I’m having and I’m going to
ignore these fries that are right
hey YouTube family so editing version of
myself coming in so it is hot outside oh
my goodness the Sun is in full effect
right now oh there’s a bug yeah
I’m not playing them game today bugs go
away tell you guys I’m feeling a little
off today
I know what because I did it really good
like I was doing really good this
weekend like eating wise and then I had
like this small little pizza it’s like
the little small pizza from Pizza Hut
five dollars whatever and I only had
pepperoni and sausage on it a little
small what is it personal pan like it’s
not even big enough to do anything yeah
after that I wasn’t feeling my best self
at all I was not living my best life on
keto at all yeah this is all my fault
because it was delivered to me so I mean
I thought about the whole process of it
I went on the computer ordered the pizza
I also had some hot wings with it y’all
hot wings real good but you know I’m
just looking out of these bugs so they
don’t come over here thinking we afraid
it’s cuz we’re not friends right now
nope nope nope oh I just had a little
mini break from over here cuz it was a B
it got way too close way too close for
comfort
so y’all I’ve been thinking I want you
to like really document myself doing
kedo like hardcore for one home like no
carbs no like slacking up or anything
like that like real deal doing kiddo
what do y’all think about that like I’m
kind of into doing it oh no you know for
personal reasons of course but I’m so
documenting it may be like inspiring
others I’d be great but also I just want
to look good at you too so yeah so y’all
